المستخلص: The aim of the research is to explore, in a deep and serious manner, the phenomenon of sexual abuse and the extent of its emergence in recent times, especially among adolescents, to clarify the most important causes and factors and highlight the importance of parenting. That is by looking at the fundamental role played by the family in the psychological development and socialization of the adolescent. That is as the family, its relationships and the communication between its members, as a pattern, will reflect positively or negatively upon the behavior of the adolescent, the formation of his personality and the direction of his behavior. Just as instability and lack of family guidance are also causes of sexual deviations in adolescence. As such, it became necessary to reveal the most important methods of parenting pursued by the families of adolescents committing sexual assault offences. This is what we attempted to shed light upon through our research, through which we tried to identify the negative methods/approaches which are prevalent among the research sample. The sample of the study consisted of approximately 30 individuals, aged between 13 and 18 years, who had committed the crime of sexual abuse upon a child younger than them and who had been charged and duly convicted. The Aware parenting approaches measure, prepared by the children of Aladdin Kafafi, and prepared specifically upon the basis of Algerian environment by Nasser Mezab.

la présente recherche participe à l’éclairage et à la définition de la gravité du phénomène des abus sexuels et l'étendue de la visibilité au cours des dernières années, en particulier chez les adolescents, et de clarifier les causes les plus importantes et de mettre en évidence l'importance du styles parentaux , étant donné le rôle essentiel que joue la famille dans le développement psychologique et social de l'adolescent, Et comme la famille est un système spécifique, et a un impact considérable dans le développement de la personnalité de l’adolescent, les reflétera positivement ou négativement sur le comportement de l'adolescent ; l'instabilité et le manque d'orientation familiale est l'une des causes des écarts sexuels à l'âge de l'adolescence. Par conséquent, il était nécessaire de déterminer les styles éducatifs parental les plus utilisés, et c'est ce que nous avons essayé de mettre en évidence grâce à nos recherches, à travers laquelle nous avons essayé de trouver des styles parentaux en vigueur l'hypothèse suivante: les styles négatives sont prépondérantes. L'échantillon de l'étude comprenait une trentaine de personnes, âgé entre 13 et 18 ans, ont commis une agression sexuelle sur un enfant plus jeune que lui. On a utilisé dans cette étude l’approche clinique qui se base sur une étude de cas : (l’entretien clinique et l’échelle de styles parentaux d'Alaeddin Kifafi et adaptée à l'environnement algérien par Nasser Mezab.

ارتأينا من وراء البحث التعريف بعمق وجدية ظاهرة الاعتداء الجنسي ومدى بروزها في الآونة الأخيرة خاصة عند المراهقين، وتوضيح أهم أسبابها وعواملها وتسليط الضوء على أهمية المعاملة الوالدية، بالنظر إلى الدور الأساسي الذي تلعبه الأسرة في النمو النفسي والاجتماع للمراهق، حيث أن الأسرة وما يدور فيها من علاقات وتواصل بين أفرادها كنسق سينعكس إيجابا أو سلبا على سلوك المراهق وتكوين شخصيته وتوجيه سلوكه، كما أن عدم الاستقرار وانعدام التوجيه الأسري يعد من أسباب الانحرافات الجنسية في سن المراهقة. لذلك كان من الضروري الكشف عن أهم أساليب المعاملة الوالدية التي تتبعها أسر المراهقين المرتكبين لجنحة الاعتداء الجنسي، وهذا ما حاولنا إبرازه من خلال بحثنا هذا، والذي من خلالها حاولنا معرفة الأساليب السلبية هي السائدة عند أفراد عينة البحث. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من حوالي ثلاثين فرد، يتراوح سنهم ما بين 13 و 18 سنة، ارتكبوا جنحة الاعتداء الجنسي على طفل يصغرهم سنا، وقد ثبتت فيهم التهمة وحوكموا عليها. وقد تم الاعتماد على مقياس أساليب المعاملة الوالدية المدركة من قبل الأبناء لعلاء الدين كفافي والمعد على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف ناصر ميزاب.
