المستخلص: This paper targets the traumatized situations that Iraqi people witnessed during the last years, especially concerning children class who represents the essence of human development. We passed the most important problems facing Iraqi child, caused by the absence of societal security and stability. Among these problems, malnutrition and its danger on child future, which leads to the aggravation of pigmy among children, besides future problems reflecting on educational level. These crises affected on the levels of joining the primary education, reducing the number of preprimary students "kindergartens". The present paper showed the effect of family problems on precocious development of childhood, in addition to the problems of poverty and forced relegating that Iraqi society has passed, its graveness on children and their future. At the end, social policy is planned in order to develop the situation of childhood in the Iraqi society.
