|a يعد موضوع الهجرة القسرية في العراق من المواضيع المهمة، لما له من تداعيات على مختلف مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية والأمنية، وهو مؤشر على حالة عدم الاستقرار السياسي والأمني الذي تعيشه البلاد، ولو انعكاسات خطيرة على وحدة النسيج الاجتماعي باعتبار أن حالة التهجير القسري رسمت خارطة اثنوغرافية جديدة سوف تترتب عليها مشاريع سياسية تستهدف تقسيم العراق، من هذه الأهمية جاء عنوان ومحتوى هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء على ظاهرة الهجرة القسرية الوافدة إلى محافظة بابل من خلال معرفة حجم الهجرة القسرية واتجاهاتها داخل المحافظة ودوافعها الأساسية والأثار المترتبة عليها. واقتراح الحلول الممكنة لتخفيف من أثارها السلبية.

|b The issue of forced migration in Iraq is of great importance due to its repercussions on the various aspects of economic, political, social, cultural, and security life. It is an indication of the political and security instability the country suffers from and has serious consequences on the unity of the social fabric due to the fact that this phenomenon has drawn a new ethnographic map that will be used by some political agendas to divide Iraq. The importance of this article is to shed some light on the phenomenon of forced emigration to the province of Babylon through investigating its volume, orientations, main motives, and consequences. Finally, it puts forward some possible solutions to reduce its negative effect
