المستخلص: The most important manifestation of the change in the social structure that has recently affected Arab societies is the growing participation of women in the fields of work. Women in the world have generally become present in most sectors. However, women going out for work has resulted in many effects. These include positive effects, such as contributing to the development of society, women feeling their achievements and contribution, as well as the material support that working women provide to their husbands and family. They also carry negative effects, as the work has left an impact on working women, which is most prominently reflected in their multiple roles as a mother, wife, and housewife, with which a new role has been added to her outside the home to become a worker or employee under specific time and spatial conditions under which women are bound by a range of professional duties and burdens. This has led them to feel that her roles and burdens have increased and exposed her to what is known as role conflict, which has caused her some psychological, social, and professional difficulties. The current study examines the impact of the role conflict on working women. This abstract was translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc

Parmi les phénomènes constatés au niveau des sociétés du monde arabe ce dernier temps celui de la participation croissante de la femme dans le monde du travail, où on peut relever son intégration dans plusieurs domaines et secteurs (industriel, service, militaire,...) ce qui a fait manifester des effets positifs sur le plan de développement de la société ainsi que sa contribution positive dans sa vie conjugale entant qu'épouse et mère responsable de son foyer. Cette situation a engendré, pour la femme, une diversification voir même des conflits de rôle sociaux. La présente étude descriptive vise à montrer les formes de ces conflits de rôles chez la femme travailleuse et son impact sur ses relations sociales.

إن من أهم مظاهر التغير في البنية الاجتماعية الذي طال المجتمعات العربية حديثا هو المشاركة المتنامية للمرأة في ميادين العمل، حيث أصبحت المرأة في العالم عامة تتواجد في معظم القطاعات إلا أن خروج المرأة إلى العمل تمخض عنه أثار عديدة منها ما هو إيجابي كالمساهمة في تنمية المجتمع وإحساسها بقيمة إنجازاتها وعطائها، وكذا دعمها المادي لزوجها وأسرتها ومنها ما هو سلبي حيث ترك العمل أثاره على المرأة العاملة والذي يتجلى بشكل بارز في تعدد أدوارها كأم وكزوجة وكربة بيت أضيف لها خارج البيت دورا جديدا لتصبح عاملة أو موظفة تحت شروط زمنية ومكانية محددة وملزمة بمجموعة من الواجبات والأعباء مهنية، أدى ذلك إلى شعورها بزيادة أدوارها وأعبائها وتعرضها إلى ما يسمى بصراع الأدوار مما سبب لها بعض الصعوبات النفسية والاجتماعية والمهنية. والدراسة الحالية تبحث عن أثر صراع الدور لدى المرأة العاملة.
