المستخلص: This study aims to shed light on the future trends of the group active in Algeria and highlight the elements that can be affected by the fact that this group is the real engine of development in light of demographic variables in the country. It is followed by an attempt to assess the needs of new positions for the year 2038 prospects and the income available to each individual. Finally, we compare the results obtained using the National Bureau of Statistics data with the results obtained using United Nations data. We used the Demographic Spectrum Program in this study. Cette étude vise à faire la lumière sur les projections de la population active en Algérie, et de souligner les éléments qui peuvent les influencer du fait que cette catégorie est considérée comme le véritable moteur de développement dans le cadre de la dynamique démographique en Algérie./ étude vise aussi un essai d'évaluation des besoins des nouveaux emplois de travail en perspectives pour l’année 2038 et l étude du revenu disponible pour chaque personne, en dernier Nous comparons les résultats obtenus en utilisant les données de l office national des statistiques avec les résultats obtenus en utilisant les données des Nations Unies, en utilisant dans cette étude le programme du Spectrum.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الاتجاهات المستقبلية للفئة النشطة في الجزائر، وإبراز العناصر التي يمكن أن تأثر فيها لكون هذه الفئة هي المحرك الحقيقي للتنمية في ظل متغيرات ديمغرافية تشهدها الجزائر، ثم نتبعها بمحاولة تقدير الاحتياجات من مناصب العمل الجديدة لأفاق العام 2038 والدخل المتاح لكل فرد، في الأخير نقوم بمقارنة النتائج المتحصل عليها باستخدام معطيات الديوان الوطني للإحصاء مع نتائج المتحصل عليها باستخدام معطيات الأمم المتحدة، مستخدمين في هذه الدراسة برنامج الطيف الديمغرافي.
