المستخلص: The aim of the research is to identify the difficulties of teaching scientific values and developing them in the curricula of the first cycle of basic education from the point of view of the teachers related to the teacher and the student and the curriculum and the educational environment. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive method, using a questionnaire addressed to a sample of the teachers of the first seminar in the schools of Damascus, The teachers of the first seminar in Damascus schools face many difficulties and varying degrees between the strong and the moderate in the teaching and development of scientific values, where they face strong difficulties overall and strong difficulties related to the teacher and student, and moderate difficulties in the pivotal For the curriculum and the teaching environment, and found statistically significant differences between the average scores of the teachers' answers according to the variable of the academic qualification and the years of experience. There were no differences according to the gender variable. The researcher suggested continuing the training of teachers on how to teach the scientific values and developing them in the curricula of the first seminar by holding training courses and continuous workshops, As well as the development of the curriculum of the first ring and evaluate them continuously.

هدف البحث إلى تعرف صعوبات تدريس القيم العلمية وتنميتها في مناهج الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين المتعلقة بالمعلم والطالب والمنهاج والبيئة التعليمية، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستخدما استبانة وجهت إلى عينة من معلمي الحلقة الأولى في مدارس مدينة دمشق، وتوصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن معلمي الحلقة الأولى في مدارس دمشق يواجهون صعوبات عديدة وبدرجات تفاوتت بين قوية ومتوسطة في تدريس القيم العلمية وتنميتها، حيث يواجهون صعوبات قوية بالدرجة الكلية وصعوبات قوية تتعلق بمحوري المدرس والطالب، وصعوبات متوسطة في محوري المنهاج والبيئة التدريسية، ووجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات المعلمين تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة ولم توجد فروق تبعا لمتغير الجنس، واقترح الباحث الاستمرار في تدريب المعلمين حول كيفية تدريس القيم العلمية وتنميتها في مناهج الحلقة الأولى وذلك بإقامة الدورات التدريبية وورشات عمل مستمرة، إضافة إلى تطوير مناهج الحلقة الأولى وتقويمها بشكل مستمر.
