|a في هذه الدراسة ننطلق من مشكلة أن بعض المؤسسات تعيش عصر التهديدات والمخاطر التي يصعب وصفها وتشخيصها وحتى التحكم فيها، حيث أنها أصبحت سمة من سمات المؤسسات الحديثة على الرغم من التطور الحاصل في التكنولوجيات الحديثة، لذلك كان لزاما على المسيرين والقائمين بالاتصال أن يأبهوا للمخاطر المستقبلية التي من شأنها أن تحدث آثار سلبية على ميزانية المؤسسة وتهدد سمعتها من هنا تظهر أهمية دراسة ما يسمى بإدارة المخاطر في المؤسسة والهدف من ذلك هو ضمان استقرار عمل المؤسسة وتمكينها من تحقيق أهدافها.\n لذلك سوف نقدم محاولة لعرض بعض المفاهيم الأساسية حول المخاطر، وعلى مختلف أنواع المخاطر التي قد تواجه المؤسسة، وكيفية التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات بصورة علمية من خلال الاتصال، وسنحاول التعرف على الأهمية الإستراتيجية للاتصال في ظل المخاطر المحتملة.

|f In this study we proceed from the problem that some institutions live in an era of threats and risks that are difficult to describe, diagnose and even control, as they have become a feature of modern institutions despite the development of modern technologies, therefore, the managers and the communicators must be aware of the future risks that will have a negative impact on the budget of the institution and threaten its reputation. Hence, it is important to study the so-called risk management in the institution and the aim is to ensure the stability of the work of the institution and enable it to achieve its objectives.\nTherefore, we will attempt to present some basic concepts about risk, the various types of risks that the institution may face, how to plan crisis management scientifically through communication, and we will try to identify the strategic importance of communication In the light of potential risks.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
