|a كانت ولا تزال الإصابة بفيروس نقص المناعة المكتسبة أو ما يعرف عند العامة بمرض السيدا (الايدز) من المشكلات الصحية العالمية الكبرى، لما يخلفه من ضحايا بالعدد المتزايد سنة عن سنة. وهو في الوقت نفسه من أكثر الإصابات تهديدا للاستقرار النفسي والاجتماعي للفرد. \nوفي هذه الدراسة حاولنا تناول المعاناة النفسية عند المصابين بفيروس نقص المناعة المكتسبة من خلال بعض أبعاد الصحة النفسية وقد بينت العديد من الدراسات التي اهتمت بالصحة النفسية لدى هذه الفئة الحاملة لفيروس فقدان المناعة المكتسب (VIH) وجود استجابات معقدة ومشاكل نفسية حادة، نجد منها فقدان الأمل في مواصلة الحياة العادية نظرا لغياب العلاج النهائي وعدم القدرة على مقاومة الفيروس مع مظاهر من القلق، والخوف من الموت كون حالته ستتطور للأخطر. وهنا نؤكد الدور الفعال والأساسي للمختص النفسي في تكامل العلاج وفعاليته.

At the same time, it is one of the most serious threats to the individual's psychological and social stability.\nIn this study we tried to address the psychological suffering of people living with HIV through some aspects of mental health, Several studies of mental health in this HIV-positive group have demonstrated complex responses and acute psychological problems, We find in them loss of hope to continue normal life due to the absence of treatment and inability to resist the virus with manifestations of anxiety, and the fear of death in the situation that his condition will develop to a more dangerous condition.
