المستخلص: This paper presents a critical assessment of the Orthography adopted in two Libyan and Indo-Pakistani Qur'nic Scriptures. It underlines the importance of the parent Uthmanic Scripture and Strict adherence to its Orthography. It also throws light on the literature that left evident influence on the Scriptures printed across the Islamic World. It describes the method, which is followed by the Libyan consistent, and the method adopted in the Indo-Pakistani Scripture. It goes on to compare between the two showing their agreements and differences. It presents a statistical approximation of the areas of disagreement of Orthography in which both Libyan and Indo-Pakistani Scriptures vary that reach 330 words compiled in 4 chapters under 70 headings. The paper concludes that both Libyan and Indo-Pakistani Scriptures are similar to the Uthmanic Orthography by more than 99% and they agree in acting upon the areas of Orthography in which D n and Abu D ' d differ, by the ratio of 84%.
