المستخلص: The concept of literature has changed according to the new reality. The literature, in its evaluation, has been subject to different criteria ranging from language, content, and recipient quality. There are two types of literature: formal literature that is taught and studied in educational institutions and marginalized literature that is not subject to aesthetic standards and is limited to instant pleasure and entertainment because it has resulted from low consumption literature that does not develop to the level of teaching and interpretation. The most important type of such literature is the detective novel that we have chosen to study here. The detective novel has special features that distinguish it from other marginal types of literature. It also carries characteristics that do not deny it the literary character. Les notions de la littérature ont changé avec les changements actuels. elle est évaluée selon divers critères dans le domaine de la langue, contenus et la qualité du récepteur. Nous avons alors deux types de littératures La littérature officielle est étudiée et enseignée dans les établissements de l’enseignement. La littérature marginale qui n’est pas fondée sur des critères esthétique et se limite au plaisir et au loisir littéraires puis qu’il émane d’une littérature de consommation de niveau médiocre qui n’est pas enseignée dans les écoles. Et Le roman policier c’est un des les types de la paralittérature qui on va étudie. Le roman policier a ses spécificités qui le caractérisent et le différencient des autres types de la littérature marginale, ce qui donne à ce type une couleur littéraire.

لقد تغيـر مفهـوم الأدب بما يتماشى مع الواقـع الجديد، وخـضع فـي تقييمـه إلى معايير مختلفة تراوحت بين اللغة والمضمون ونوعية المتلقـي، فكان هناك نوعـان مـن الأدب: أدب رسمـي يدرس ويـدرس في المؤسـسات التعليـمية. وأدب مهمـش يفتـقد للمعاييـر الجماليـة ويقتصر على المتعـة والتسلية الآنيـة، لأنـه تـمخـض عن أدبٍ استهـلاكـي متـدنـي لا يرق للتـدريس والتفسيـر، وكان من أهم أنواعه الرواية البوليسية التي خصصناها لأن تكون مدار دراستنا. وللرواية البوليسية ملامح خاصـة تميزها عن باقي أنواع الأدب الهامشي ولها أيضاً خصائصها التي لا تنفـي صفة الأدبيـة عنـها. وهو ما سنتبينه هنا في دراستنا.
