المستخلص: L’auteur de la présente contribution met en évidence l’importance économique, historique et archéologique des sites archéologiques dans les pays de l’Afrique du Nord. Il analyse l’importance économique formelle et informelle de ces ruines en montrant les différences entre les deux. Il examine leur importance historique d’une manière générale et en Algérie et l’Égypte d’une manière particulière. Enfin, il aborde l’importance de l’archéologie, en montrant ses différentes divisions et en présentant les autres disciplines qui partagent avec elle le même champ d’étude.

The study is meant to identify the importance of the economic, historical and archeological effects, being legal or illegal, of North African countries, and the difference between them. The study also deals with the historical importance of the effects in general and the Egyptian and Algerian monuments in particular, and their significant contribution to the science of archeology, and the most important and different branches of the science that study the effects in general.

تتلخص الدراسة في دراسة أهمية الآثار الاقتصادية والتاريخية والأركيولوجيا لدول شمال افريقيا. فعرضت أولا للأهمية الاقتصادية الغير شرعية للآثار، والأهمية الاقتصادية الشرعية للآثار، وبين الفرق بينهما. كما وتناولت الدراسة الأهمية التاريخية للآثار بشكل عام والآثار المصرية والجزائرية بشكل خاص، ومن ثم عرض لأهمية الآثار المصرية والجزائرية لعلم لأركيولوجيا، وأهم الفروع المختلفة والمتداخلة للعلوم التي تدرس الآثار بشكل عام
