المستخلص: تعدّ هذه الدراسة مقاربة أوّلية ومدخلا نظريّا لما يعرف في المجال التداولي بظاهرة الفعل اللغوي / الكلامي التي اكتسبت وصف النظرية اللغوية بفضل أصولها الفلسفية. فمن خلالها نسعى إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمّ المفاهيم التي تقوم عليها هذه النظرية وكيفية تناولها لأسلوبي الخبر والإنشاء تحديدا، كونهما الأساسَ الذي يرتكز عليه الطرح التداولي لأفعال الكلام، ثمّ البحث عن هذه المفاهيم التداولية وحضور الفعل اللغوي في تراثنا العربي، من خلال التركيز على مقاربة العلماء العرب لهاتين الظاهرتين الأسلوبيتين، ومعانيهما / أفعالهما المتضمّنة فيهما.
وقد توصلت فيها إلى أن الأساليب الخبرية والانشائية في الدراسات العربية القديمة تعد المكافئ المعرفي لأفعال الكلام في الدراسات التداولية الحديثة، كما أن التقسيمات البلاغية التي وُضعت للخبر وأضربه هي تقسيمات تداولية صريحة، والأساليب الإنشائية غنية بالأغراض البلاغية / الأفعال المتضمّنة في القول، إضافة إلى نتائج أخرى.


This study is a preliminary approach and a theoretical method to what is known in the pragmatic field as the phenomenon of linguistic / verbal action, which gained the description of linguistic theory thanks to its philosophical origins. Through it, we seek to shed light on the most important concepts upon which this theory is based and how to deal with the methods of predicate and expression in particular, as they are the basis on which the pragmatic presentation of the verbs of speech is based, and then searching for these pragmatic concepts and the presence of linguistic action in our Arab heritage through focusing on the approach of the Arab scholars to these two stylistic phenomena, and their meanings / actions involved.
I found that the predicate and expressive styles in ancient Arab studies are the cognitive equivalent of the verbs of speech in modern pragmatic studies, and the rhetorical divisions that were developed for the predicate and its types are explicit pragmatic divisions, and the expressive styles are rich in rhetorical purposes / verbs involved in the speech, in addition to other results .

(La théorie des actes de langage entre les études occidentales et le patrimoine arabe: le phénomène constatif et performatif prototype). Cette étude est une approche primaire et une introduction théorique à ce qui est connu dans le domaine pragmatique par le phénomène de l’acte du langage / de parole qui a pris la description de la théorie du langage grâce à ses origines philolsophiques. Et à travers laquelle nous voulons illuminer les concepts les plus importants sur lesquels repose cette théorie et sa façon d’aborder les styles constatif et perfomatif principalement, puisqui’ils sont les piliers sur lesquels se base le propos pragmatique des actes du langage, puis faire une recherche sur ces concepts pragmatiques et la présence de l’acte du langage dans notre patrimoine arabe, en se concentrant sur l’approche des savants arabes de çes deux phénomènes stylistiques et leurs sens/ leurs actes illocutoires. Et cette étude a abouti au fait que les styles constatifs et performatifs dans les études arabes anciennes sont considérés comme l'équivalent épistémologique des actes de langage dans les études pragmatiques modernes, ainsi que les partitions rhétoriques qui sont faites pour le style constatif et ses types sont des partitions pragmatiques explicites, et les styles performatifs sont riches de visées rhétoriques / d'actes illocutoires, en plus d'autres résultats.
