استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على قيم التعامل مع كبار السن في التربية الإسلامية من خلال مصادرها الأساسية ومعرفة تطبيقاتها في الأسرة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستنباطي من أجل استنباط قيم التعامل مع كبار السن من مصادر التشريع الإسلامي الأساسية (القرآن والسنة). وعرضت الدراسة قيم التعامل مع كبار السن في التربية الإسلامية والمستنبطة من مجموعة من الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية ذات العلاقة بالقيم المرتبطة بالتعامل مع كبار السن، واقتصرت هذه الدراسة على خمس قيم متعلقة بالجانب الأخلاقي، وهي قيمة البر، والتواضع، والاعتراف بالفضل، والرحمة، والصبر، ثم استخلاص عدد من الاستنباطات التربوية حول كل قيمة. ثم تناولت تطبيقات لهذه القيم في الأسرة، وقد قسمت تطبيقات القيم المستنبطة في الأسرة بناء على اختيار عدد من الأساليب التربوية وهي: أسلوب القدوة وأسلوب الحوار والموعظة الحسنة وأسلوب القصة وأسلوب التربية بالأحداث وأسلوب الترغيب والترهيب، إلى برامج تربوية في الأسرة وتم تقسيمه إلى قسمين هي البرامج التربوية المطبقة في الأسرة، وبرامج تربوية أسرية مقترحة، وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج، والتوصيات، والمقترحات والتي يمكن أن تسهم في الاستفادة من القيم التربوية المستنبطة في الأسرة.
The study aims: the current study seeks to identify the values of dealing with overages in Islamic education from their basic sources and their application at family and school; this is by answering the following main question: what are the values of dealing with overages in Islamic education from Quran and Hadith texts. Study method: this study depends on deduction approach The most important results of the study: 1- The texts of Quran and Prophetic Tradition (sunnah) are full of transaction values with all society classes including overages, from them we can deduce a group of deductions that are necessary to Muslim to apply at his life. 2- The family has an important role in educate children the values of dealing with overages, because the family considered as the first education organization at which the child is educated. 3- The overage at his advanced stage of his life must not be alone, but his sons and relatives must care of him and give attention to him, in case he has not relatives the country must care about him. The overages are very sensitive and affected by behaviors and words that pose to him, so he needs a special transaction due to his psychological case.
