المستخلص: The research deals with an important methodological issue in the sciences of Hadith, which is the need to interpret the terms of Hadith critics within the framework of their general approach. The research also emphasizes that this goal will be achieved only with a correct understanding of their words, through extensive, conscious, and careful reading. The subject of the research includes a study of a group of Hadith described by critics as “the words don’t confirm hearing,” and their meaning is strangeness in Sanad (chain), and indicating illusion and error, far away from the meaning of interruption in the Sanad, to clarify this issue. The researcher cited some examples of wrongly explained words of scholars (Imams), with an explanation of correct meaning, then records the most important findings and recommendations.

يتناول البحث مسألة منهجية مهمة في علوم الحديث، وهي ضرورة تفسير مصطلحات نقاد الحديث في إطار منهجهم العام، ويؤكد البحث أيضا على أن هذه الغاية المنشودة لن تتحقق إلا بالفهم الصحيح لكلامهم، من خلال القراءة الموسعة الواعية المتأنية، وموضوع البحث يتضمن دراسة لمجموعة من الأحاديث أطلق عليها النقاد "ألفاظ عدم السماع"، ومرادهم استغراب السند، وبيان الوهم والخطأ، بعيدا كل البعد عن معنى الانقطاع في السند، ولكي تتضح هذه المسألة، أورد الباحث بعض الأمثلة على ما فسر خطأ من كلام الأئمة، مع بيان المراد الصحيح، ثم ليسجل أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Cette recherche porte sur l’étude analytique de la terminologie des critiques des savants dans le cadre d’une vaste lecture textuelle patiente, l’idee du sujet s’articulant autour des paroles des savants promulguant des termes qui apparemment indiquent la rupture entre «les rapporteur» des Hadiths, alors qu’ils pronent une autre signification qui prouve l’erronnement.
