|a تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع تقييم الاستراتيجية ودورها في تعزيز أداء المنظمة في الشركة العربية للإسمنت من أجل تطويرها ونموها. وثم تحديد مشكلة الدراسة في وجود قصور في الشركة على تطبيق المفهوم العلمي لمرحلة تقييم الاستراتيجية فيه، والاستفادة من نتائجها الأمر الذي أثر على أدائه الكلي، وذلك لتحديد مدى العلاقة بين الأداء الاستراتيجية الحالي للشركة وبين الأداء الذي يرغب في الوصول إليه، لكي يتمكن من تدعيم استراتيجياته العامة، وتحقيق أهدافه الاستراتيجية التي تسعى إليها الشركة. من أجل أهمية الدراسة في إثراء البحث العلمي من خلال الإضافة التي تقدمها إلى الجهود السابقة في هذا المجال وفي استفادة المنظمات المختلفة من معرفة أسباب انخفاض الأداء والحد منها، وطرق معالجتها وذلك من خلال التأكيد على أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه عملية تقييم الاستراتيجية على أداء المنظمة وتوضيح العلاقة بين عملية تقييم الاستراتيجية وأدائها الاستراتيجي ومعرفة مدى توفر أهم متطلبات عملية تقييم الاستراتيجية في المنظمة، وقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على التحليل الوصفي والكمي في دراسة الظاهرة. وذلك باستخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ثم توزيعها على مجتمع البحث، وبعد اخضاع البيانات المتحصل عليها للتحليل الاحصائي لاختبار الفرضيات التي تمت صياغتها ثم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات المهمة.

|b This study addresses the issue of evaluation and strategic role in promoting the organization's performance in the Arab Cement Company. And then determine the problem of the study that is like ,the company deficiency to implement the scientific concept up to the stage of evaluation of strategy in it, and to benefit from results, which wanted to be impact on overall performance, so as to determine the extent of the relationship between the current strategic performance of the company and the performance which wanted to be access, so that it can strengthen its public strategies in order to achieve its strategic objectives. And the importance of the study is to enrich the scientific research through the addendum which provides previous efforts in this area and in the various organizations those take advantage of the knowledge for the causes of low performance so as to reduce them, and then fallow methods of treatment in order to ensure it . the importance of the role that the process of evaluating strategic to play for the organization's performance and to clarify the relationship between the process of evaluating strategic and performance of strategic and availability of the most important strategy in the process for evaluation of organization and requirements for that , the researcher has adopted in this study on the descriptive and quantitative analysis in the study of the phenomenon. using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and then distributed to the research community, and after subjecting data obtained for statistical analysis to test the hypotheses that were formulated and then reached a series of important results.
