المستخلص: إن حق المرأة حق نال عناية عظيمة في كتاب الله تعالي. وكانت السنة النبوية محضنا آمنا لهذا الحق، كما سجلت السيرة النبوية مشاهد حية وأحداث واقعية كانت تطبيقا رائعا لمنهج الرعاية الاجتماعية للمرأة في القرآن، فوصى الرجل وحذر، وأعزها وأكرم، فحقوق المرأة رعاها القرآن واعتنت بها السنة، والسيرة النبوية، والحق الذي ينال العناية من القرآن والسنة والسيرة أعظم وأجل؛ حيث جعل الله حقوق المرأة من الحدود التي من تعداها وتجاوزها فقد ظلم نفسه، وأذن لها بالهلاك. وعليه فإن من ينساق للفكر الجاهلي الذكوري المعتم الذي يحاكم المرأة على أنها كيان بشري لا يجوز في حقه الخطأ تجاه الرجل بينما يمنحه لنفسه، ويحرمها من الحريات الممنوحة لها من تعبير عن رأي أو مشاعر، أو رغبة مشروعة فهو من أجهل الناس بشرع الله ولو كان في الظاهر من أعلمهم، بل لا أبالغ إن قررت أن الرجل الذي يستخدم ما وهبه الله من قوة ومنعة في التسلط على المرأة وقهرها فقد انتهك حدا من حدود الله، واستهان بآخر وصية وصاه بها رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم. إن إبراز هذا الحق المتمثل في الرعاية الاجتماعية للمرأة، والانتصار له، والدفاع عنه من قبل القضاة في ردهات المحاكم، والمشايخ والعلماء في فتاويهم، والمربين والمعلمين في مجالهم؛ علامة الفهم الواعي، والفكر النير، المتأمل لكتاب الله المتدبر له، المدرك لجمال الشريعة وحسن مقاصدها التي لا تظلم أحدا.

The right of women is a right that has received great attention in the Quran, the book of the Almighty Allah. The Prophet's Sunnah was a safe haven for this right. The Prophet's biography also recorded vivid examples and real events which were a wonderful implementation for the method of social care of women in the Qur'an. It advised the man and warned him. It respected him and honored him. The rights of women were taken care of by the Quran, the Sunnah and the Prophet's biography. The right which receives attention from the Qur'an and Sunnah and the prophet’s life is greater and more respectful. Allah has set the limits for the rights of women, if they are crossed or exceeded by someone, it means that they will harm themselves and they will land themselves into the problems. Therefore, whoever is attracted to the ignorant patriarchal thought which considers women as a human being who cannot have the right to do anything wrong to men while this thought gives this right to men. It deprives women of all the freedoms given to them including providing an opinion or expressing feelings or any legitimate desire. Such a person is the most ignorant about the law of Allah (sharia) though he seems to be the most knowledgeable among them. I don’t exaggerate if I decide that the man who uses the power and the immunity gifted by Allah to dominate and oppress women, he will cross the limits set by Allah. It is as though he undervalued the last advice made by the Prophet (Peace and blessing of Allah be upon him). Highlighting the right to the social care of women, its implementation and defending it by the judges in the courts, by the sheikhs and the scholars in their fatwa (legal edict) and by the teachers in their field is a sign of conscious understanding, the brilliant thought which is capable of taking cognizance of Quran, looking into it, understanding the beauty of shariah whose objectives do not oppress anyone.
