المستخلص: هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب (الزهايمر وأثره على الطهارة من الخبث) تهدف إلى التعرف على حقيقة مرض الزهايمر، وأثره على المصاب، وبيان المسائل الفقهية التي يحتاج إليها المصاب في باب الطهارة، وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدمة حوت على أهمية الموضوع -، وتمهيد، اشتمل على فرعين: الفرع الأول: ذكرت فيه التعريف بمفردات العنوان، والفرع الثاني: ذكرت فيه حكم الطهارة من الخبث.
ومطلبين، الأول: ذكرت فيه نبذة عن مرض الزهايمر، ويشتمل على حقيقة الزهايمر، - التعريف به، وسبب التسمية، وإحصائيات نسبة الإصابة به، والفئة العمرية المصابة به -، وأسبابه، وكيفية تأثيره على الدماغ، ومراحله وأعراضه، ومدى خطورته، وعلاجه.

وأما المطلب الثاني: فهو يختص بأثر الزهايمر على الطهارة من الخبث، ويشتمل على مسألة كشف عورة المريض المغلظة لحاجة ولغير الحاجة، ومسألة الاشتباه بموضع النجاسة في ثوب المريض الواحد، أو بين ثوبين فأكثر، ومسألة استمرارية النجاسة مع المريض والعجز عن إزالتها، كمن لا يجد ما يطهر به الثوب، أو به سلس البول.
وأخيراً الخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها.

This study, which is called Alzheimer's disease and its effect on the purity from impurity, aims to know the reality of Alzheimer's disease, its effect on the patient and to clarify the issues of jurisprudence that the patient needs regarding purification. This research included an introduction discussing the importance of the subject, and a preface, which included two chapters. In the first chapter I mentioned the definition of the vocabularies of the title. In the second chapter I mentioned the ruling of purity about impurity.
Two sections, the first is a description of Alzheimer's disease, which includes the reality of Alzheimer's disease, its definition, the reason for its name, statics of its infection rate, and age group of infected people, its causes, how it affects the brain, its stages and symptoms, and how dangerous it is.
The second section is about the effect of Alzheimer's disease on the purity from impurity, and it includes the issue of uncovering the nakedness of the patient who is in need and without need, and the issue of the suspicion of the place of impurity in patient's one clothes, or between two or more clothes, and the issue of the continuity of impurity with the patient and the inability to remove them, like someone who does not find what cleanses the clothes, or he is suffering from urinary incontinence.
And Finally, the researcher mentioned his most important findings.
