الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد: فهذا البحث يأتي في وقت كثر فيه الخوف من العين، وزادت حدته، حتى أصبح كل فرد يربط ما يصيبه بالعين؛ مما كان لهذا الأمر بالغ الأثر على النفس البشرية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى: بيان حقيقة الخوف عند الإنسان، وبيان حقيقة الإصابة بالعين، وكذلك: ذكر أسباب الخوف من العين، ومعرفة حكم الخوف من العين. وقد قسمته إلى خمسة مباحث: المبحث الأول: حقيقة الإصابة بالعين، والمبحث الثاني: أسباب الخوف من العين، والمبحث الثالث: حكم الخوف من العين، والمبحث الرابع: الاثار المترتبة على الخوف من العين، والمبحث الخامس: علاج الخوف من العين. واستخدمت فيه المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي النقدي. وقد خرج بمجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: يأتي الخوف على ثلاثة أقسام: خوف العبادة والتذلل، والخوف بغير عذر، والخوف الطبيعي. ومن النتائج كذلك: ثبوت حقيقة الإصابة بالعين، كما جاءت في القرآن والسنة، وفي هذا رد على المشككين في ثبوتها، كما كان من النتائج: للخوف من العين أثار على صاحبها. Praise be to Allah alone, and peace and blessings be upon the one after whom there is no other Prophet: This research comes at a time when there is a lot of fear of the evil eyeand its severity increased so much so that even everyone started to link all what he suffers from to the evil eye which has left a great impact on the human life. The objective of this research is to clarify the reality of fear among humans and to clarify the reality of being affected by ill eye. In addition, this research also will mention the reasons for fear of the ill eye in order to know the ruling on fear of the ill eye. I have divided it into five chapters: the first chapter: the reality of getting exposed to evil eye. The second chapter: the causes of fear of the evil eye. The third chapter: the ruling on fear of the evil eye. The fourth chapter: the effects of fear of the evil eye. The fifth chapter: treatment of fear of the evil eye. The critical analytical and inductive method was used in this. This research brought about a series of findings, the most important of which are: Fear has three types: Fear of worship and humility, fear without reason and natural fear. One of the consequences is that the fact that the evil eye has an effect is proven, as it is stated in the Quran and Sunnah. This responds to those who are skeptical of whether it is proven, as one of the consequences is that fear of the evil eye has effects on the person who has it.
