|a يحتل الحب مكانة عالية في حياة الإنسان، وهو شعور نفسي، وإحساس قلبي، وانبعاث وجداني ينجذب به قلب المحب تجاه محبوبه بعاطفة وبشر. لذا عني الأدب عناية فائقة بالحب. في العصر الحديث، نجد أن فن الغزل كان أكثر الفنون الشعرية تأثرا بهذه التحولات السريعة؛ حيث تناول موضوع المرأة بشقيه المادي وهو الغالب، والعفيف وهو القليل النادر. إن الغزل العفيف ظهرت معالمه في شعر عبد العزيز سعود البابطين الشاعر الكويتي المعاصر. وهذه الدراسة تصبو إلى إيضاح جمالية توظيف مظاهر هذا الغزل وخصائصه في أشعار الشاعر وفق المنهج التوصيفي التحليلي. من النتائج المتوخاة من دراسة الحب العفيف في أشعار عبد العزيز سعود البابطين نرى أنه إذا أحب يتسم حبه بالعفاف والسمو، كما قصر هذا الحب على حبيبة واحدة ويبقى وفيا لهذا الحب، مع أنه يبدو في أشعاره العفيفة يشكو بعض الأحيان الحرمان من الحبيبة ووصالها؛ فراح يعبر عن سخطه ومكابدته من الوشاة والرقباء والعذال. كما أنه يتحسر على أيامه الماضية ويلفه الإحساس الحاد بالقلق فيبكي الحبيبة.

|b Love has a special place in human life; it is an inner feeling and emotion in which the heart of the lover is attracted to the beloved. Literature has hence paid special attention to the subject of love. In the present time, the Ghazal is affected more than any other literary techniques by the developments of the modern age, in such a way that it describes the visual aspects of the woman, while paying less attention to her virtuous aspects. The features of the chaste Ghazal are reflected in the poetry of AbdulAziz Saud al-Babtain, the Kuwaiti contemporary poet. The present study examines this phenomenon using the descriptive-analytic approach. The results reveal that the type of love which AbdulAziz Saud al-Babtain believes in is based on chastity. The poet is only attracted to his beloved and remains loyal to her, although at times he complains about being deprived from his beloved and, thus, states his discontent and hatred to those who oppose his love. He yearns for the good old days and despair overcomes him, so, he moans being away from his beloved.
