المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية المحوسبة وأثرها على مصداقية أمن المعلومات الإلكترونية لدى الجامعات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة، والدور الوسيط لتكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة. حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة على أربعة جامعات فلسطينية: جامعة الأقصى، الجامعة الإسلامية، جامعة القدس المفتوحة وجامعة الأزهر. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم الباحث أسلوب الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وقام الباحث باستخدام طريقة العينة الطبقية العشوائية. وتم توزيع (283) استبانة على عينة من الموظفين في الجامعات الفلسطينية (مجتمع الدراسة) والذي بلغ (1069) بمسميات وظيفية مختلفة. وقد تم استرداد (262) استبانة بنسبة استرداد (92.6%) بعد أن قام الباحث بالتأكد من صحة صدق وثبات الاستبانة باستخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية حيث بلغ معدل الثبات قبل وبعد التعديل 0.757، 0.967، وبطريقة ألفا كرونباخ تراوح معامل ألفا بين 0.763، 0.882، وتم حساب الصدق عن طريق حساب معامل ارتباط بيرسون لدرجة كل عبارة مع الدرجة الكلية. وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها على برنامجSPSS الإحصائي تمت الإجابة على أسئلة البحث وفرضياته. وأظهرت الدراسة نتائج أهمها: أن زيادة مستوى فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية المحوسبة ستؤدي إلى زيادة مستوى أمن المعلومات الإلكترونية لدى الموظفين في الجامعات الفلسطينية بقطاع غزة، وكذلك تحسين مستوى فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية المحوسبة سيؤدي إلى رفع مستوى مصداقية أمن المعلومات الإلكترونية ورفع مستوى تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة، وأيضا زيادة مستوى المصداقية في الجامعات الفلسطينية سيؤدي إلى رفع مستوى أمن المعلومات الإلكترونية. بالإضافة إلى أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة كمتغير وسيط، والذي بدوره كلما ارتفع مستوى تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة سيؤدي إلى رفع مستوى أمن المعلومات الإلكترونية. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: أن يحرص القائمون على بناء وتطوير نظم معلومات إدارية محوسبة تعمل على تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لمستخدمي هذه النظم، وتعزز السلوك الإنساني والمهني لديهم أثناء تعاملهم وإدارتهم لهذه النظم، وذلك بزيادة الاهتمام بالتدريب المستمر والتطوير واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات من خلال الاشتراك في المؤتمرات، الندوات والدورات المتخصصة ومتابعة ما يستجد في هذا المجال، بالإضافة إلى قياس فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية المحوسبة في الجامعات بشكل دوري للعمل على زيادة مستوى هذه الفاعلية وتطويرها باستمرار، وضرورة تفعيل أنظمة حوافز يكون معيارها التزام الموظف بأخلاقيات الأعمال ومتطلبات أمن المعلومات في الجامعات الفلسطينية.

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of computerized management information systems and their impact on the credibility of electronic information in the Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip, and the role of mediator for information technology used. The study applied four Palestinian universities: Al-Aqsa University, the Islamic University, Al-Quds Open University and the University of Al-Azhar. The study used descriptive and analytical approach, and the researcher used the method of questionnaire to collect data. The researcher used a sample stratified random way. (283) questionnaire were distributed on a sample of employees in the Palestinian universities (the study population), which amounted to (1069) with different function names. (262) questionnaire has been recovered by recovery (92.6%), after the researcher verifying reliability and validity of the questionnaire using the retail method of midterm where consistency rate before and after 0.757 amendment, 0.967, and in a way Olvakronbach ranged alpha coefficient of 0.763, 0.882, and was honest account by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient for the degree of each phrase with the total score. After data collection and discharged on the statistical program SPSS has to answer research questions and hypotheses. The study shows the following results: increasing the level of the effectiveness of computerized management information systems will increase the electronic information security level of the staff in the Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip, as well as improve the level of effectiveness of computerized management information systems will raise the level of credibility of the electronic information security and raise the level of information technology used, and also increase the level of credibility in the Palestinian universities will raise the level of security of electronic information. In addition to the impact of information technology used as a mediator variable, which in turn the higher the level of information technology used will raise the level of security of electronic information. The study also concluded a series of recommendations including: the organizers of the construction and development of computerized management information systems should be careful to achieve job satisfaction for users of these systems, and the promotion of human and professional conduct in their dealings and their management of these systems, and that by increasing the attention of ongoing training and development, and the use of modern technologies in the field of information technology through participation in conferences, seminars and specialized courses and follow up developments in this field, as well as the measurement of the effectiveness of computerized management information systems in universities on a regular basis to work on increasing the level of these efficiency and continuously developed, and the need to activate the incentives systems its criterion is the employee's commitment to the ethics of the business and the requirements of information security in the Palestinian universities.
