المستخلص: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the experience of justice by John Rawls and his ipacts on the third generation of the Frankfurt school. In other words, the importance of the theme justice in the modern philosophical discourse in the ethical and political sense because of their values of which they are the foundation of modern societies. Rawls proposes in his researches how the challenges of modern democratic society can be met. Since the question of justice has always been, and especially since the maturity and completeness of the philosophical system among the Greeks, a political philosophical question par excellence. One will look for the problems that unfolds around this concept when it is a concept of political social philosophy by exellence. And we will explain how the third generation of the Frankfurt School how to take this theme into account from the Rawlisian theory of justice to make a diagnosis on the daily life of contemporary humanity since they have needs to justice in the sense Wide policy and not in the pragmatic, distributive sense. It is realized that the importance of the problem of justice in everyday life will be bet in the past when the human being in need of it since without environment is narrow and poorly organized because of civil wars and terrorism, Philosophers of the third generation to take account of the problem of justice in its critical philosophical discourses in order to open the public space common to universal justice. It is around this theme that the spirit of philosophy supports a close connection with the public sphere and the species that flow in their daily life, which allows us to ensure the life of philosophy and at the same time establish a philosophy of life. And in this theme the philosophical research of the third generation of the Frankfurt School takes place.

تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول رؤية نقدية استقرائية لإشكال العدالة لدى منظري الجيل الثالث لمدرسة فرانكفورت في علاقة مباشرة بامتدادات الفكر الفلسفي لجون رولز. هذا وسنعمل في الأثناء على تبيان مدى أهمية موضوع العدالة في الخطاب الفلسفي العملي المعاصر من حيث البعد الأخلاقي من جهة والبعد السياسي من جهة أخرى، باعتبار أن البشر لا يختلف ولا يتفق عن إشكال ما مثل إشكال العدالة وذلك لما تمثله هاته القيمة الأخلاقية والسياسية من مرتكز أساسي لبناء مجتمع عقلاني يصبو نحو تحقيق المنفعة العامة لكل أفراده. وسنعمل كذلك على رصد أهم الإشكالات التي تدور حول هذا المفهوم باعتباره يعد من بين أهم المواضيع الفلسفية ذات الطابع الاجتماعي والسياسي بامتياز، ليس فقط من حيث المفهوم، ولكن أيضا من حيث جوهر وكينونة هذا الإشكال المعرفي الذي تناوله أبناء الجيل الثالث بالدرس وذلك في صلة ممتدة لفكر رولز لذلك طرح هؤلاء مشكل العدالة في بعدها الكوني ضمن الخطاب الفلسفي العملي المعاصر وذلك من أجل معالجة الواقع الراهن الذي تمر به الإنسانية وحاجتها الماسة إلى العدل. وليس العدل بالمعنى النفعي التوزيعي وإنما بالمعنى السياسي الواسع لمفهوم العدل في الواقع المعاصر.
