|f The profiling of geographical names is one of the main concerns of the United Nations, which is recommended to all States for adoption. Unified writing of geographical names at the national level may facilitate work for many bodies. If each governmental organization accredited geographical names initiates its own code, this may lead to duplication of efforts as well as differences in the use of names.\nDespite some interest that we see in the toponymic situation in Algeria, the situation of toponymy in general and Adonymia in particular. In the city of Oran, it still suffers from some systemic imbalances and technical difficulties at the level of writing that reflect the urban toponymy, which is represented by the political and social advancement of countries.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تعد مسألة تنميط الأسماء الجغرافية من أهم انشغالات منظمة الأمم المتحدة التي توصي كل الدول باعتمادها، فالكتابة الموحدة للأسماء الجغرافية على المستوى الوطني، قد يسهل العمل على كثير من الهيئات. فإذا بادرت كل منظمة حكومية تعتمد الأسماء الجغرافية بإنشاء مدونة خاصة بها فقد يؤدي هذا إلى ازدواجية الجهود فضلا عن الاختلافات في استخدام الأسماء.\nوبالرغم من بعض الاهتمام الذي نلمسه في الوضع الطوبونيمي في الجزائر إلا أن وضع الطوبونيميا بصفة عامة والأدونيميا بصفة خاصة، لا زال يعاني -في مدينة وهران- من بعض الاختلالات المنهجية والصعوبات التقنية على مستوى الكتابة التي تعكس التنظيم الطوبونيمي الحضري والذي يتمثل في الرقي السياسي والاجتماعي للدول.

|d La question de la normalisation des noms géographiques est recommandée par les nations unies pour éliminer les chevauchements d’activités qui se produisent lorsque plusieurs bureaux ou organisations sont chargés d’identifier l’usage correct et cohérent des noms. En dépit de l’intérêt que porte l’état à la situation de la toponymie en générale et l’odonymie en particulier, nous enregistrons à Oran certaines contraintes telles que les dysfonctionnements techniques au niveau de la transcription des dénominations qui reflète la bonne organisation toponymique urbaine qui se traduit par le progrès politique et social des pays.
