المستخلص: للغة العربية تاريخٌ مَجيدٌ، حافظت على كيانها مند عصور مديدة، لم يصبها الوهن، ولم تدركها الشيخوخة، وظلت تستجيب لحاجات الناطقين بها، وتستوعب كل ما يستجد في حياتهم، فهي لم تلد كاملة، ولم تكن من صنع الفرد الواحد؛ نشأت وتطورت عبر أطوار عديدة لم يدركها عصر التدوين فهي مرتبطة بالأمة تتأثر بنظامها وتقاليدها، واتجاهاتها ومسارها. فهي كائن حي تام خاضع لناموس الارتقاء وتجدد ألفاظها وتراكيبها على الدوام؛ فهي ظاهرة سيكولوجية اجتماعية وثقافية مكتسبة؛ تتألف من رموز صوتية لغوية عن طريقها تتفاهم أفراد الأمة الواحدة فتتطور أساليبهم التعبيرية لتطور حضارتهم وتتولد مفردات جديدة منها العربية والأصيلة، والداخلية وضعت في قوالب قديمة لتمادشي الصيغ الكلامية المتداولة بين جماعة المتكلمين

Arabic language has a glorious history. It has maintained its existence for centuries, and it has not weakened or aged. It has responded to the needs of its speakers. It has also absorbed all that is new in their lives, because it was not born as complete, and it was not made by a single individual. It originated and evolved through many phases, and it did not see an era of blogging. It is interrelated with the narion, and it is affected by its system, traditions, trends, and track. It is a fully living organism that is constantly subject to the law of promotion and the renewal of its words and structures. It is an acquired psychological, social, and cultural phenomenon. It consists of phonetic and linguistic symbols through which members of the same nation can understand each other. Thus, their style of expression develop because of the evolution of their civilization, and new words emerge including Arabic, standard Arabic, and exotic words. All these are put in old templates to cope with the verbal formulas that are already exchanged among a group of speakers.
