المستخلص: The view of Islam towards the family is different from the other ideological theories that deal with this issue. A cursory view of the essence of family legislation requires sufficient conviction that such legislation has not come from a vacuum, but is based on sound foundations, For sub-both men and women. On the other hand we find that he noticed the differences between men and women in terms of composition and composition. Women differ from men in the extent of strength and weakness, and the extent of predominance of the mental or emotional side on the other side, and other aspects of formative differences between them, and arranged its legislation on the basis of those differences. Islam has established all its family-related legislation on the basis of its attention to these two jokes, namely, the fact that women are equal to men in humanities and human rights on the one hand, and that they are different from men in psychology and physiology on the other.
