المستخلص: Notre thèse traite du parcours de l’Association des Oulémas au département d’Alger durant les années 1931-1956 dans le cadre de la micro-histoire. Elle montre la structuration du discours théorique des Oulémas et leurs mécanismes dans sa mise en pratique sur le terrain des divers arrondissements et communes mixtes, et de plein exercice du département dans des sections, mosquées libres, écoles libres, cercles et associations de bienfaisance. Cette étude s’est basée principalement sur des documents d'archives publiques du centre national ou bien les centres régionaux en Algérie ainsi que sur les documents du centre des Archives d’Outre-mer et du château de Vincennes en France. Elle a exploité les documents du ministère du Culte au château Hassan Pacha à Alger, les documents des archives administratives de l'école de la Shabiba islamiya à la Casbah d’Alger. Nous avons utilisé une partie des documents d'archives personnelles de Cheikh Tayeb El-Okbi le représentant de l’association au département d’Alger durant les années 1931-1938. Nous avons utilisé aussi les diverses données des journaux réformistes, des témoignages oraux, des autobiographies et des écrits de réformistes et des acteurs nationaux.

In Algeria, the Islahists were structured by the creation of the Association of Algerian Muslim Ulemas on May 1931 in Algiers. this study will show the different mechanism applied on the ground of department of Algiers by the association to realize his vision of the islah during the period 1931-1956, Through the Al-Masjid (mosque), Al-Madrasa (school), Al-Nādi (club or circle), and al-Jam‘iyyat al-Khayriya (charitable organizations). This study was based mainly on public archival documents of the national or regional center in Algeria as well as the documents of The Archives national’s d'Outre-mer in Aix-en-Provence and historic service of defense of Vincennes castle in France. She exploited documents of worship ministry keep at Hassan Pasha castle in Algiers, documents from the administrative archives of the Shabiba Islamiya School at the Kasbah of Algiers. Some of the personal archive documents of Sheikh Tayeb al-Okbi, the representative of the association in the department during the years 1931-1938. We also used the various data from reformist newspapers, the oral testimony the autobiographies and the writings of some reformers and national actors.

عالجت أطروحة الدكتوراه الموسومة "جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين: نشأة وتطور الإصلاح وهياكله بعمالة الجزائر 1931- 1956" إشكالية الخطاب الإصلاحي النظري لجمعية العلماء وآليات تطبيقه ميدانيا بعمالة الجزائر. حيث سعت الدراسة إلى تبيان حدود الطرح النظري للجمعية وتأثره بخصوصية المحلي، وذلك من خلال تتبع مسار مختلف الهياكل الإصلاحية من شعب أو فروع إلى المدارس العربية الحرة، والنوادي والجمعيات الخيرية في تأثرها وتأثيرها بالمحيط المحلي لعمالية الجزائر والظروف العامة للجزائر المحتلة حينئذ.
