NGOs are one of the pillars of the protection of human rights in the international community because of the multiple possibilities and mechanisms they have to pursue and defend the interests of individuals and try to stop human rights violations. They seek to implement national and international human rights laws and have become a great guarantee of the principles of international human rights law. One of the most important NGOs is Amnesty International, which has a significant role in the protection and promotion of human beings and their fundamental freedoms. However, despite these achievements and the active role of Amnesty International in the protection and promotion of human rights, it has not escaped criticism like all other international NGOs, especially the politicization of NGOs and the clear criticism of members of Amnesty International, which is intended to enter external and political considerations into its decision-making and preparation of annual reports, despite the existence of the principle of neutrality and independence as its most important principle. Mais en dépit de ces réalisations et le rôle effectif d'Amnesty International dans le domaine de la protection des droits de l'homme et de la promotion, mais ils ne sont pas épargnés critiques le long des lignes de toutes les organisations internationales non gouvernementales et autres problèmes privés de politisation des organisations non gouvernementales et de diriger cette critique clairement aux membres d'Amnesty International, qui est destinée à entrer considérations étrangères et politiques dans les décisions prises et préparer des rapports annuels malgré l'existence du principe de la neutralité et de l'indépendance comme le principe le plus important d'entre eux. تعتبر المنظمات غير الحكومية ركيزة من ركائز حماية حقوق الإنسان في المجتمع الدولي نظرا للإمكانيات والآليات المتعددة التي تملكها من تحقيق مصالح الأفراد والدفاع عنها ومحاولة إيقاف انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان وتسعى إلى تنفيذ القوانين الوطنية والدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان وأصبحت ضمانا كبيرا لمبادئ القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، ومن بين أهم المنظمات غير الحكومية منظمة العفو الدولية التي لها دور كبير في حماية وترقية الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية. لكن بالرغم من هذه الإنجازات والدور الفعال لمنظمة العفو الدولية في مجال حماية حقوق الإنسان وترقيتها إلا أنها لم تسلم من توجيه الانتقادات على غرار جميع المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية الأخرى خاصة مشكل تسييس المنظمات غير الحكومية وتوجيه هذا الانتقاد بشكل واضح لأعضاء منظمة العفو الدولية والذي يقصد به إدخال الاعتبارات الخارجية والسياسية في اتخاذها للقرارات وإعدادها للتقارير السنوية بالرغم من وجود مبدأ الحياد والاستقلالية كأهم مبدأ لها. |
