The continental shelf has passed through many stages through which it has evolved to become the shape it is upon today. That was after the maritime regions experienced a lot of transformations during which industrialized and developing countries struggled with each other, with each of them defending their sea interests which came to be of great importance following the mineral discoveries which the continental shelf region witnessed over the years. This is the subject which this study is attempting to address in some detail, by turning to the State of Algeria’s problem related to determining its continental shelf, considering it to be a State, located on a small area of the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, a matter which increases the legal conflicts related to this area of the sea. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Le plateau continental est passé par plusieurs étapes ou il a évolué pour devenir à la forme de qu’il est aujourd’hui après plusieurs transformations qu’a connues les zones maritimes, ce qui a fait entrer les Etats, industrualisées et en voie de developpements, dans des conflits pendant plusieurs périodes pour défendre leurs intérêts en mer qui a prit beaucoup d’importance lors des explorations des matières premières qu’a connu le plateau continental à travers les années. C’est le sujet que cette étude tente d’aborder avec précisions toute en étudiant le problème de l’Etat Algérien pour délimiter son plateau continental vu sa situation géographique défavorable au sein des pays méditeranniens qui ont moins d’espaces maritimes, ce qui intensifié les conflits juridiques envers cette zone maritime. مر الجرف القاري بالعديد من المراحل تطور من خلالها ليصبح على الشكل الذي هو عليه اليوم بعد ما عرفت المناطق البحرية الكثير من التحولات تصارعت أثناءها الدول المصنعة منها والنامية مدافعة كل واحدة منهما على مصالحها في البحر الذي أضحى له أهمية كبرى بعد الاكتشافات المعدنية التي عرفتها منطقة الجرف القاري عبر السنين. وهو الموضوع الذي تحاول هذه الدراسة التعرض له بقليل من الدقة معرجة على مشكل تحديد دولة الجزائر لجرفها القاري باعتبارها دولة موجودة على ضفاف البحر الأبيض المتوسط القليل المساحة مما يزيد في الصراعات القانونية تجاه هذه المنطقة من البحر. |
