The right to health is sacred as one of the most important human rights and due to being closely related to the right to life, which has been affirmed by divine laws, international covenants and declarations and domestic legislation. With the development which has occurred in all areas of life; economic, social, political and cultural, the right to health has become negatively and positively impacted as a result of its dealing with these variables. On the one hand, globalization has helped reduce distances and expending efforts upon the level of providing the means of assistance to maintain health, which reflected in the abundance of medicines and the transmission of medical information for example ... On the other hand, however, globalization has caused complex health problems and exacerbated others, such as the proliferation of electronic waste, environmental damage, drug abuse... etc. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Le droit à la santé est sacré en tant que l'un des droits de l'homme les plus importants, Et son association étroite avec le droit à la vie, Il est affirmé par les lois divines, les conventions et déclarations internationales et la législation interne, Avec le développement de divers aspects de la vie, économique, social, politique et culturel, le droit à la santé est négativement affecté par l'utilisation de ces variables. D'une part, la mondialisation a contribué à réduire les distances et à fournir un effort pour fournir les moyens de maintenir la santé, tels que la disponibilité des médicaments, la transmission de l'information médicale, d’une autre part, la mondialisation a causé des problèmes de santé complexes et en a exacerbé d'autres, comme la prolifération des déchets électroniques, la dégradation de l'environnement, l'abus de drogues, etc. إن للحق في الصحة قدسية باعتباره أحد أهم حقوق الإنسان، ولارتباطه الوثيق بالحق في الحياة، أكدته الشرائع السماوية والمواثيق والإعلانات الدولية، والتشريعات الداخلية، ومع التطور الحاصل في مختلف مناحي الحياة، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية، أصبح الحق في الصحة يتأثر سلبا وايجابا نتيجة تعاطيه مع هذه المتغيرات، فمن جهة ساعدت العولمة على اختزال المسافات وتوفير الجهد على مستوى توفير الوسائل المساعدة للحفاظ على الصحة، كوفرة الأدوية وانتقال المعلومات الطبية... إلخ. ومن جهة أخرى، فإن العولمة سببت مشكلات صحية معقدة، وفاقمت من البعض الآخر، مثل كثرة النفايات الإلكترونية، والمساس بالبيئة وتعاطي المخدرات... إلخ. |
