مشكلة البحث: هناك مشكلة في الإعلام الخاص وصلت لمرحلة خطرة وهناك مشكلة في الإعلام الحكومي باتت مستعصية عن الحل، وأصبح الإعلام الرياضي طرفا في كل معارك السياسة في الوطن العربي وتجاوزت انحيازاته وتخطت المنطق والعقل، حتى تحولت بعض القنوات الرياضية إلي قنوات تبث فقط أحداث وأخبار سياسية مما أثر بالسلب على المادة الرياضية التي تقدم حتي جعل الجماهير المحبة والمشجعة للرياضة تعزف عن المشاهدة أو القراءة، هذا كله بسبب الزخم السياسي الذي نعيشه والأحداث المتلاحقة التي يعيشها الوطن العربي، ويجب أن تخضع القنوات الرياضية للتقييم لأن هدف القناة الرياضية في المقام الأول أن تقدم رؤية وتغطية للحدث الرياضي، وأن تقدم دروسا يستفاد منها في الثقافة والوعي الرياضي، لكننا للأسف لم نصل إلى ذلك، وحتى لم تصبح الرياضة نفسها جاذبة للسياحة، كما يحدث في أمريكا، كما أن منظومة الإعلام الرياضي تحتاج إعادة تقيـيم مهني، إذا كنا نتحدث عن أخلاقيات ومعايير، فإن أحوج الناس أن يكون لديهم ميثاق شرف هم الإعلاميـون الرياضيون. استهدفت الدراسة: تقديم نموذج مقترح لميثاق شرف إعلامي للمؤسسات الإعلامية في الوطن العربي. واستخدم الباحث: المنهج الوصفي، كما استعان الباحث في جمع المعلومات الدراسة استمارة استبيان لاستطلاع رأي الخبراء. وقد توصل الباحث لأهم النتائج التالية: إجماع السادة الخبراء على نموذج مقترح لميثاق شرف إعلامي للحركة الرياضة بالوطن العربي، وقد احتلت معظم مواد الميثاق بأهمية بلغت 100% وقد استنتج الباحث قبول النموذج المقترح. وقد جاءت أهم التوصيات ضرورة تبني مشروع ميثاق الشرف الإعلامي المقترح من قبل المؤسسات الإعلاميـة الرياضية في الوطن العربي، وإنشاه لجنة عليا تشرف على وضع وتنفيذ الميثاق.

The study aimed to: submit a proposal to the model code of conduct informational media organizations in the Arab world. The researcher used: descriptive method, the researcher also used to gather information for the study, a questionnaire survey of expert opinion.
