عني البحث الحالي بتقصي الدلالات الفكرية والرمزية للفن القبطي وانعكاسها على فخاريات وخزفيات الاقباط في مصر، فدرس ماهية الرمز بوصفه نشاطاً ذاتياً فاعلا في البنية الفكرية والجمالية لإدراك الأشكال وفهمها. وجاءت الدراسة في أربعة محاور. إذ تضمن المحور الأول الإطار العام للبحث والمتضمن المشكلة التي تتمثل بالتساؤلات التالية: ما هي الدلالات الرمزية والفكرية للفن القبطي وانعكاسه على الخزف القبطي؟ وما هي آليات وتقنيات تنفيذ الفخاريات والخزفيات القبطية في مصر؟ فيما تكمن أهمية البحث والحاجة اليه في عدها دراسة تقدم إضافة معرفية في مجال الفنون القبطية لاسيما الخزف عند الأقباط. اما هدف البحث تضمن التعرف عن مواطن الإبداع الفني في فخاريات وخزفيات الأقباط وفق أسس بنائها وتكوينها. وتناولت الدراسة المدة الزمنية (4م - 6م) ومكانيا (مصر) كما عرفت الباحثة المصطلحات التي وردت في البحث. أما المحور الثاني تضمن الإطار النظري للبحث إذ احتوى على ثلاثة مباحث تناول المبحث الأول منها مفهوم الرمز والثاني المحتوى الفكري وأثره في بنائية الأشكال الفنية في فخاريات وخزفيات الاقباط فيما احتوى المبحث الثالث على نظام الشكل في مشاهد خزفيات الاقباط. المحور الثالث فقد تضمن إجراءات البحث وتم اختيار ثلاث عينات وتحليلها، ضمن المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. فيما خصص المحور الرابع لعرض النتائج والاستنتاجات كذلك التوصيات والمقترحات وفهرست مصادر البحث.
This research taking care of exploring the Indications of intellectual and symbolical of Coptic art and it's reflection on the pottery and ceramics of Copts in Egypt, so it studied the essence of the symbol which is describing as a self-active action in the structure of intellectual and aesthetic in order to realize and understand this figures. The study came into four sections which are; first section contains general framework of the research which includes the problem which is represented by following of questions, What are the Indications of intellectual and symbolical of Coptic art and it's reflection on the Coptic ceramics? And what are the mechanisms and techniques of implementation of Coptic pottery and ceramics in Egypt? The importance of this research and the need for it counted as a study providing cognitive addition into the Coptic arts field, especially ceramics of the Copt. The aim of the research included indentify of areas of artistic creativity in Copts pottery and ceramics according to the bases of construction and composition. The study deals with the period between (4 to 6) and in a place of (Egypt) .The researcher defined the terminology whom it were mentioned inside this search. Second section has included theoretical framework of the research so it contains three divisions which are the first division dealt with concept of the symbol and the second one with intellectual content and its effect on construction of artistic figures in Coptic pottery and ceramics. The third division contained the shape system during the observation of Coptic ceramics. The third section has included procedures of the research and has chosen three samples and then analyzed them within the descriptive and analytical way. The fourth section has been specialized in order to show the results and conclusions as well as recommendations, proposals and index of research sources.
