يعد حزب التحرير الاسلامي العراقي فرعا لواحد من أقدم الاحزاب الاسلامية في المشرق العربي، والذي استطاع ان يمد نشاطه الى بلدان عربية عديدة كالعراق والاردن وفلسطين وسوريا ولبنان. ومع كثرة ما تلاه من أحزاب وجمعيات اسلامية لكن بقي متفرداً بمنهج ورؤى عقائدية عن جميع الحركات الاسلامية، ذلك التفرد جعلنا نبحث لدراسة جانب من جوانب متبنياته وتحديداً فى المجال السياسي. ان التفرد فى الطروحات السياسية للحزب يستطيع القارئ ان يلاحظها من الاسطر الاولى في قراءة ادبياته. فإبتداءاً بتعريف الحزب مروراً بنظرة الحزب للعالم الآن ومتبنياتهم السياسية ، ورؤيتهم للانطلاق في نشر مبادئ الحزب ، وكيفية التعامل مع الحكومات الحالية سواءاً الموجودة على الاراضي الاسلامية أو سائر العالم ، واساليب نشر دعوتهم ، ومراحل تحقيق اهدافهم وهي أكثر المحاور جدلاً وكانت سبباً في الاشكاليات السياسية التي وقع فيها الحزب ، وصولا الى مرحلة تحقيق الحزب لغاياته وإنشاء الدولة الاسلامية (دولة الخلافة) وهو ما يعني توليهم زمام ادارة العالم . وهنا نلاحظ ان الحزب يضع مواداً لدستوره كان للجانب السياسي الحصة الجيدة منها فاحتوى على إشكاليات كانت جديرة بالدراسة والتحليل. نخرج من هذا البحث بمعرفة الاسباب وراء معاداة الحكومات العراقية المتعاقبة لنشاط الحزب الإسلامي. ولماذا رفضت تلك الحكومات السماح للحزب بمزاولة نشاطه السياسي على أراضيها
Al-Tahrir party is the Iraqi branch of one of the oldest Islamist parties in the Arab east , which it was able to extend its activities to many Arab countries such as Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, Syria and Lebanon. Yet much of what followed from Islamist parties and associations but remained a unique approach and ideological visions of all Islamist movements, that uniqueness made us look to study one of its ideological foundations specifically in the political field. The uniqueness in the political propositions of the party that the reader can go unnoticed from the first lines read in its paradigm. Starting with definition of the party passing the glance of the party for the world now, and their vision for the launch of the publication of the party's principles, and how to deal with the current government, whether on the territory of the Islamic or the rest of the world, and methods of their call dissemination, and the stages of achieving their goals, which is more axes controversy and the cause of the political problems that occurred where the party, down to the stage to achieve the party's goals and the establishment of the Islamic state (caliphate State) which means they take the reins of the world's administration. Here we note that the party put the material of its constitution were the political field has the good share of it which has dilemmas that was worthy of study and analyzing. We conclude from this research to know the reasons behind the anti-successive Iraqi governments of the activity of the Islamic Party. And why those governments refused to allow the party to engage in political activity on its soil.
