التعليم والصحة يعدان من أهم المؤشرات التي تستخدم لقياس مدى التقدم الثقافي والاجتماعي والحضاري للمجتمع، فهي تؤثر في عملية التنمية بمختلف مجالاتها، لذلك فمن الأهمية دراستها وبيان مدى كفاءتها كما ونوعا وعدالة توزيعها واستفادة السكان من خدماتها. ذلك من خلال قياس مدى كفاءة توزيعها المكاني بالاعتماد على مجموعة من المعايير المحلية المعتمدة في العراق، واستخدام تقنية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) لتحقيق هدف البحث والتي اصبحت تلك التقنية امرأ ضرورياً للعاملين فى مجال الجغرافيا و التحليل المكاني و التخطيط الحضري كونها تمثل أداة فعالة في التحليل الاحصائي واعطاء نتائج دقيقة يمكن الاستفادة منها في الحصول على نتائج تتميز بالدقة والشمولية وتحديد مواطن الخلل و ايجاد انسب الحلول و اتخاذ أفضل القرارات، لذلك فإن استخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية لا غنى عنه في كثير من الدراسات التطبيقية التي تتناول مختلف المجالات وتأتى فى مقدمتها الخدمات التعليمية و الصحية.
Education and health are among the most important indicators used to measure the cultural, social and cultural progress of the society, it affects the process of development in various fields, so it is important to study and demonstrate the efficiency of quantity and quality and fairness of distribution and benefit the population of its services. So by measuring the efficiency of the spatial distribution based on a set of approved local standards in Iraq, GIS technology and the use of (GIS) to achieve the goal of the research and that the technology has become essential for those working in the field of geography and spatial analysis and urban planning as an effective tool in statistical analysis and give accurate results can be used to obtain the results of accurate and comprehensive and identify shortcomings and find the most suitable solutions and make the best decisions, so the use of geographic information systems indispensable in many empirical studies that deal with different areas and come in the forefront of educational and health services. It was found through research that there are some deficiencies in the vocabulary of services under study, particularly in kindergarten and also there are deficiencies in the distribution of health services, which make them stray from the accepted standards or permitted locally. In general, the city Anah need to be a number of educational and health institutions to be distributed to achieve the highest level of comfort, safety and ease of access.
