المستخلص: إن الطب نعمة من نعم الله وعلى الإنسان أن يستخدمها فيما يرضي الله خدمة للبشرية، ومنها أن يحدد الحالات التي يجوز فيها شرعا استخدام الطب وخاصة في مجال التجميل الذي أصبح اليوم الشغل الشاغل لشريحة كبيرة من المجتمع وكيف أن بعض الأمهات يسعين للحفاظ على صحتهن حتى وان اضطررن إلى الإجهاض أو الإسقاط ، سواء كان حلالا أو حراما ، وعلى الطبيب أن لا يقدم على فعل قد يضر بالأم أو الجنين ، ومن خلال هذا البحث عرفنا الأسباب وتنوعها المؤدية إلى حالات الإجهاض والإسقاط وكيفية الوقاية منها ،وما على الأم أن تفعله للحفاظ على الجنين وما على الطبيب فعله في كل حالة على أن يكون ما يفعله في حدود الشرع ، شريطة أن يكون الطبيب مسلم إلا في حال فقده ، وما هي النصائح التي لابد له من توجيه الأم الحامل إليها وتوعية المجتمع للحفاظ على بيئة سليمة خالية من منغصات الحياة ، وفي البحث تطرقت لما ذهب إليه علماء الفقه القدامى والمحاصرين وما بينوه من آراء تجاه مسألة الإجهاض والإسقاط ومدى حدود الحل والحرمة ، معتمدين بكل ما نهبوا إليه على الأدلة الشرعية التي لا لبس فيها ثم بعد عرض الأدلة رجحت ما أراه راجحا مبتعدا عن الهوى متلمسا حدود الشرع في ذلك ، ثم خرجت في توصيات ونصائح عامة لابد من توجيه المجتمع لها سواء كانت دينية أو اجتماعية عسى أن نصل إلى حياة كريمة في ظل الشرع وحدوده ومن الله التوفيق والسداد.

The medicine is a gift from our lord. And man should make use of it in right and religious way. It should determine which cases may be legally to use medicine to from the points of view of Islam. The research concerns mainly to investigate the cases the pregnant mother who seek to make a tile surgery and it impact of the little if she is pregnant. The presort research tackle the problem from the point of view of Al- Share limits. It exposed how the woman has to keep on her heath even if she forced to make abortion or projection. The doctor shout not do anything or do harm that many effect he little through the research we know the reasons and diversity of passage leading to miscarriages or projection and the mother to do the diaper to the fetus, and the doctor did in to be what he is doing in the context on the condition limits a doctor is have to be a Muslim. The researcher here shows important tips that should be followed by a pregnant mother and keep on healthy society. All the option gather here from the views of the old scientists and contemporary scientists and also gather issue of abortion and the projection and the extent to which all the process have been dissuade from the point of view of Islam limits. The present research aims to investigate how to manipulate the implementation of medicine from the point of view of religion. It is mainly concerned with human being problems that relate to making up surgery and its impact on pregnant which may be caused to abortion. The research discusses the problems and their implemented from the point of view of Islam and its limits. The doctor should not do any action that may affect the mother and her little. The research elaborate also the causes and their diversity and here some tips for general must be targeted to achieve a healthy community in the context of Islam.
