تناول البحث تحليل نمذجة العلاقات التراتبية المرتبطة بمؤثرات التنمية البشرية وتتمثل بالمؤشرات (السكانية، التعليمية، والصحية، والاقتصادية، ودرجة الرضى عن الخدمات المجتمعية والبنى التحتية المقدمة للسكان والعجز السكني) من خلال الاعتماد على برنامج (Arc Map)، للكشف عن مستويات التنمية البشرية لكل قضاء من أقضية المحافظة وحسب كل مجال من مجالات التنمية البشرية. إذ تم الاعتماد في هذا التحليل على حصر هذه المؤشرات، من خلال استخراج متوسط كل مجموعة من المؤشرات على مستوى أقضية المحافظة واستخراج انحرافها المعياري ودرجتها المعيارية كما نظهر في ملحق (2). بعدها يتم تبويب نتائج المؤشرات على أساس ثلاث أوزان هي (0.5 فأقل و 0.75 و 1 فأكثر) محورة من قبل الباحث بالاعتماد على متوسطات القيم الموزونة و الملحق (3) ثم نتجمع المتوسط الحسابي لكل مجموعة من المؤشرات، ثم يستخرج المتوسط الحسابي على مستوى كل قضاء، ومن ثم إدخال النتائج إلى برنامج (Arc Map) للتعامل معها وتحليلها وتصنيفها حسب قيمها لتظهر النتائج أكثر دقة ومصداقة للتعبير عن واقع التنمية البشرية في محافظة الأنبار.
The research modeling hierarchical relationships associated with human development indicators and analysis are indicators ( population , education , health , economic , and the degree of satisfaction with community services and infrastructure provided to the population and the deficit residential ) by relying on software (Arc Map), to detect the levels of human development each spend from the districts of the province, according to every sphere of human development. As it has been to rely on this analysis to the inventory of these indicators, by extracting the average of each set of indicators on the level of the districts of the province and the extraction of the standard deviation and degree standard as they appear in Appendix 2. Then the results of indicators tabs on the basis of three weights are (0.5 or less, 0.75 0.1 and above) modified by the researcher based on the average weighted values, Supplement (3) and then gather the arithmetic average of each set of indicators, then the arithmetic average is extracted at the level of each district , and then enter the results to the program (Arc Map) to deal with it, analyzed and categorized according to their values, to show more accurate results are credible and to express the reality of human development in Al-Anbar province.
