مقدمة ومشكلة البحث: اهتمت مصر على المستوى القومي بضمان جودة التعليم على المستويين الجامعي وقبل الجامعي وقد تم تحقيق جهود واسعة النطاق على كل المستويات حتى صدور قانون إنشاء الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد والذي يهدف إلى تقوية الروابط والتفاعل بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي والمجتمع والصناعة وسوق العمل. وتعتبر مادة التطريز بوجه عام مكونا رئيسيا في إعداد الدراسيين بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي لما لهذه المادة من فاعلية في إكساب الطلاب المهارات اللازمة في تنمية الاقتصاد المنزلي، كما تلعب دورا هاما في تغطية احتياجات المجتمع لتخرج مدرس قادر على تنفيذ عمليات الإنتاج وبالتالي يقوم الخريجين بدورهم في المؤسسات التعليمية والثقافية بالبيئة المصرية وبالرغم من هذه الأهمية لمادة التصميم والتطريز إلا أن طالب الاقتصاد المنزلي يحتاج إلى المشاركة الفعالة في ورش عمل خاصة بهذه المادة وإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة بعد تخرجه لإنتاج أعمال فنية وظيفية تلاءم احتياجات سوق العمل وهذا يعد ضمن أهداف الجودة والاعتماد بالتعليم النوعي. وفي ضوء ما سبق تتحدد مشكلة البحث الحالي في السؤال الآتي: ما مدى إمكانية تطبيق أهداف الجودة والاعتماد بمؤسسات التعليم النوعي من خلال إقامة ورش عمل بمادة التصميم والتطريز؟ أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التطبيق العملي لأهداف الجودة والاعتماد بالتعليم النوعي وذلك من خلال: -تفعيل دور طالب التربية النوعية بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي كخريج منتج من خلال مشاركته في ورش العمل بمجال التصميم والتطريز. -إكساب طالب الاقتصاد المنزلي القدرة على إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة من خلال مشاركته في ورش العمل بمجال التصميم والتطريز. أهمية البحث: 1-متابعة تطوير الكليات لبرامجها ولوائحها للوصول بخريجيها إلى مستوى متميز بين خريجي الكليات المناظرة في الجامعات بما يحقق لهم القدرة التنافسية العالية في سوق العمل. 2-ضمان أن الأنشطة العلمية والبرامج الدراسية المعتمدة تلبي متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي وتتفق مع المعايير العالمية في التعليم العالي ومتطلبات التخصص في مجالات التعليم المختلفة وكذلك حاجات الجامعة، والطلبة، والدولة، والمجتمع. منهج البحث: تتبع الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي. حدود البحث: المكان المقترح لإقامة ورش العمل بمادة التصميم والتطريز. كلية التربية النوعية-جامعة أسيوط-قسم الاقتصاد المنزلي. اختيار عينة عشوائية قوامها (25) طالبة من الفرقة الثالثة.

The material embroidery generally a key component in the preparation of semesters, Department of Home Economics to this article the effectiveness in giving students the skills needed in the development of home economics, also plays a main role in meeting the needs of the community to come out a teacher is able to carry out production and thus the graduates of their role in educational institutions and cultural environment of Egypt and in spite of this importance to material design and embroidery but the student of home economics needs to actively participate in workshops specific to this article and management of small projects after graduation for the production of technical and functional to suit the needs of the labor market and this is within the objectives of quality and accreditation in education quality. In light of the above is determined by the current research problem in question 1he following: Can the application of the objectives of quality and accreditation of institutions of quality education through the establishment of workshops and textured embroidery design? Research objectives: The research aims to practical application of the quality objectives and accreditation and quality education through: • Activating the role of student, Department of Specific Education, Home Economics graduate of the product through its participation in the workshops in the field of design and embroidery. • Providing home economics student the ability to manage small projects through participation in workshops in the field of design and embroidery. The importance of research: 1- Follow up colleges to develop programs and regulations to get to the level of distinguished graduates among college graduates in the corresponding universities to achieve them highly competitive in the labor market. 2- Ensure that the activities of scientific and academic programs meet the requirements of the approved accreditation in line with global standards in higher education and the requirements of specialization in different areas of education, as well as the needs of the university, students, state, and society. Hypotheses: 1 - There is a positive relationship between the establishment of Workshops in the field of design and embroidery industry and * support the student as one of the goals of product quality education quality. 2 - Can be trained in home economics students to manage small projects through participation in workshops in the field of education and embroidery. Research Methodology: Follow the researcher's analytical and descriptive approach the experimental method Find the limits: The proposed location for the establishment of workshops, material design and embroidery. Faculty of Specific Education, Assiut University, Department of Home Economics. Choose a sample of (25) students from the third year.
