المستخلص: المسكن أقرب منشأة معمارية للإنسان فهناك علاقة قوية بين الإنسان ومسكنه، فالمسكن المناسب من أولى اهتمامات الإنسان لكي يدفع عن نفسه الأخطار ويحميها من غوائل الطبيعة، وأدى التطور إلى تنوع حاجات الإنسان فلم تعد الحاجات البيولوجية هي مجمل الحاجات المطلوب تأديتها من خلال المسكن بل تعدى الأمر ذلك ليصل إلى أن يحقق المسكن احتياجات الإنسان، فالمسكن حاجة اجتماعية تتجاوز مسألة المأوى والتي غالباً ما ينظر إلى المسكن من خلالها على انه مجرد مكان يوفر الحماية والخصوصية لممارسة نشاطات حياتية محددة وإلى كونه فضاء للحياة الاجتماعية شديد التعقيد والمرتبطة باستقرار الفرد والمجتمع.
والتصميم من العناصر الأساسية التي يتكون منها العمل الفني وهو ما يعرف بالنظام البنائي للعمل الفني الذي يتضمن العناصر التالية، النقطة، الخط، المساحة، اللون، الملمس، الحيز، حيث ينتج عن تنظيم هذه العناصر البنائية في إطار معين علاقات القيم جمالية والتي تحدد مدى نجاح العمل الفني ومدى تميزه عن غيره، ويشكل ذلك التنظيم علاقات شبكية تتم ضمن قوانين تعرف بالعناصر الإنشائية للعمل الفني في بعد مجالي وآخر زماني حيث يخدم التنظيم العناصر والمفردات بعضها ببعض فتشكل وحدة كليه تمثل النظام.
ويهدف البحث إلى:
1. ابتكار تصميمات للمسكن تناسب الاحتياجات الوظيفية واليومية للأسرة.
2. التعريف بالشكل الجمالي والإبداعي والابتكاري لتصميم المسكن للأسرة.
وتوصل البحث إلى:
1- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات الخمس في الجانب الجمالي وفقاً لآراء المحكمين.
2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات الخمس في الجانب الابتكاري وفقاً لآراء المحكمين.
3- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات الخمس في الجانب الوظيفي وفقاً لآراء المحكمين.
4- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات الخمس وفقاً لآراء المحكمين

Housing is the closest architectural facility to man. There is a strong relationship between man and his home. The right housing is one of the first concerns of man to defend himself from dangers and protect him from the harms of nature. The development led to the diversity of human needs. Biological needs are no longer the total needs required to be performed through housing, but It went beyond that until the dwelling met human needs. Housing is a social need that goes beyond the question of shelter. However housing is often seen as merely a place that provides protection and privacy for specific life activities. It is a very complex social life space associated with the stability of the individual and society. The design is one of the basic elements that make up the artwork, which is known as the structural system of the artwork, which includes the following elements, point, line, space, color, texture, space. The organization of these structural elements within a given framework results in relationships of aesthetic values that determine the success of the artwork and the extent to which it is distinguished from others. This organization forms network relationships that take place within the framework of laws known as the structural elements of the artistic work in a field and a temporal dimension. The organization serves the elements and components to each other, forming a total unit representing the system.
The research aims at:
1- Create housing designs that suit the functional and everyday needs of the family.
2-Introducing the aesthetic, creative and innovative form of housing design for families.
The research concluded:
1-The existence of statistically significant differences between the five designs on the aesthetic side according to the opinions of the arbitrators.
2-The existence of significant differences between the five designs in the innovative aspect according to the opinions of the arbitrators.
3-The existence of significant differences between the five designs on the functional side according to the opinions of the arbitrators.
