هذه الرسالة هي دراسة وتحقيق كتاب (إرشاد الناسك إلى المناسك) من كتاب الزيارة، للعلامة الشيخ عبد الكريم المدرس الشافعي الأشعري (ت 2005م-1426 ه)، وتكمن أهمية هذه الرسالة في الأمور الآتية: 1- إن كتاب (إرشاد الناسك إلى المناسك) للعلاقة المدرس، حوى كثيراً من المسائل الفقهية، والقواعد، والضوابط والفروق، والاستثناءات وغيرها من الفنون. 2- أهمية الكتاب وصلته المباشرة بموضوع الحج والعمرة، الذي يعد من أركان الإسلام وشعائره المهمة، إضافة إلى اتصال هذا الموضوع بحياة الناس اتصالاً مباشرا. 3- العناية بتراث علماء المسلمين عامة، وتراث علماء الكرد خاصة، والتعريف به، لأن من بركة العلم أن ينسب لأهله. 4- المساهمة في تحقيق التراث الإسلامي الخالد، خاصة أن هذا الكتاب لا يزال مخطوطاً لم يطبع ولم يحقق من قبل، وغير ذلك من الأسباب الشخصية والعلمية، وفي مقدمتها الوفاء لشيخ شيوخنا العلامة المؤلف عبد الكريم المدرس، رحمه الله. 5- يصلح هذا الكتاب أن يكون كتاباً منهجياً في المدارس كون هذا الموضوع يتعلق بجزء حيوي من حياتنا وكيف لا وهو ركن من أركان الإسلام فحري بالاهتمام من أي موضوع آخر. وتهدف هذه الدراسة من وراء تحقيق ودراسة مخطوط "إرشاد الناسك إلى المناسك" على ما هو متبع علمياً في الدراسات التحقيقية إلى ما يأتي: 1- توضيح أحكام الحج على مذهب الإمام الشافعي (ت 204 ه)، وبيان الرأي الأسهل من الرأي الأشد، ليكون الحاج مخيراً في أمره، فيأخذ بأيهما شاء . 2- إظهار جهد العلامة المدرس رحمه الله في بيان أحكام الحج وعلى سعة اطلاعه على روايات المذهب ومعرفة راجحها ومرجوحها ومطلقها ومقيدها من جهة أخرى. 3- إخراج نص محقق خالٍ من الغموض والأخطاء- بقدر الوسع والطاقة- للاستفادة منه فقهياً وعلمياً.
The thesis is a study and an authentication for the book, guiding the worshiper to the rituals" from the beginning of the book until the section about "circling around the holly mosque after the onrush from Arafat". By the well versed sheikh "Abdelkareem Almodaris" who was a "shafie" and "Ashorie" and died in (2005-1426). The significance of the study is as follows: 1- The book contained many jurisprudence rules, limitations, differences, exceptions and many other issues. 2- The importance of the book and its direct linkage with pilgrimage and "Umrah" which is one of the pillars of Islam and one of its important practices. 3- Pay attention to the heritage of Muslim scholars in general and the heritage of kurd scholars in particular and to introduce it, because it is one of the blessings of the knowledge to attribute it to those who wrote it. 4- taking part in authenticating the eternal Islamic heritage , especially that this book has never been published or authenticated before , and also for other personal and scientific reasons on top of which is being loyal to the author : the sheikh of our sheikhs : the late well versed " Abdelkareem Almodaris " may Allah make him rest in peace. 5- The book can be used as a text book in schools because it tackles an important part of life which is one of the pillars of Islam that is why we should pay attention to it more than any other topic. In line with what is traditionally followed in authenticating books: the study and the authentication of the book "guiding the worshiper to the rituals" aimed at achieving the following objectives:- The second chapter includes studying the book and the methodology adopted by sheikh "Almodaris" in writing it, my methodology in authenticating it, and a description for the script in the division of authentication: I authenticated in scientific way: the script " Guiding the worshiper to rituals " from The beginning of the book to the part about " Twaf Alifada " or the circling around the holly mosque after the out rush from" Arafat". At the end there is a conclusion which includes the most important findings, and scientific indexes to assist the students and facilitate utilization of the study
