يهدف هذا البحث إلى إجراء دراسة تجريبية لتحقيق أنسب المعايير العلمية لأقمشة العاملين في مجال الطب البيطري والتي تحقق أفضل أداء وظيفي من حيث التركيب النسجي وكثافة خيط اللحمة ونوع خيط اللحمة وتم إنتاج هذه الأقمشة بمصنع نسيج زفتي بشركة الدلتا والنسيج وكانت مواصفات خيط السداء المستخدمة ثابتة قطن ١٠٠% نمرة (20/1) مسرح خام وكانت مواصفات خيط اللحمة من نمرة (30/1) قطن/بولي استر 65/35%، قطن / بولي استر 50/50%، فسكوز 100% مناسبة لهذا الغرض باختلاف المتغيرات الأتية: ١-التركيب النسجي: (مبرد ٢/٢ طردي عكسي، مبرد 8/2 أطلس 4 ضامة). 2-كثافة خيط اللحمة: (٢٠-24-٢٨ حدفة/سم). بعد تنفيذ عينات الأقمشة تم إجراء المعالجات الأولية على الأقمشة المنتجة تحت البحث وهي مرحلة التبيض النصفي ثم إجراء معالجة ضد البكتريا ويعد ذلك تم إجراء بعض الاختبارات. المعملية بمعامل الجودة بشركة مصر للغزل والنسيج والمركز القومي للبحوث بالقاهرة وكانت تلك الاختبارات المقاسة هي (قوة الشد والاستطالة -اختبار الاحتكاك-اختبار مقاومة الأقمشة للكرمشة والتجعد-اختبار مقاومة الأقمشة للإتساخات -اختبار نفاذية الهواء-اختبار مقاومة البكتريا والميكروبات) وتمت معالجة النتائج الإحصائية للاختبارات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: • أفضل العينات من حيث الخصائص المختبرة القماش المنتج بتركيب نسجي (مبرد 8/2) وكثافة خامة اللحمة (28 حدفة/سم) ونوع خيط اللحمة مخلوط 65:35%. • أقل العينات من حيث الخصائص المختبرة القماش المنتج بتركيب نسجي (مبرد 2/2) وكثافة خامة اللحمة (20 حدفة /سم) ونوع خيط اللحمة مخلوط 65:35%.

After the implementation of the samples of fabrics was conducted processors initial fabrics produced under Find a stage Chalking migraines and then make a tackle against the bacteria and then has been making some laboratory tests by a factor of quality company Misr Spinning and Weaving and the National Research Center in Cairo was the tests measured is (tensile strength and elongation - Test friction - Test resistant fabrics for wrinkled and wrinkling - Test resistant fabrics for Atsakhat - Test air permeability -Test-resistant bacteria and microbes) and were treated statistical results of tests using appropriate statistical methods. The study found: - 1- the best in terms of the characteristics of the samples tested installing textile fabric product (chilled 8/2) and the intensity of the severity of the meat (28 Haddfah / cm) and the weft thread type mixture 65:35%. 2- less in terms of the characteristics of the samples tested installing textile fabric product (chilled 2/2) and the intensity of the severity of the meat (20 Haddfah / cm) and the weft thread type mixture 65:35%.
