|a استهدف البحث الحالي دراسة العلاقة بين كل من مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة للمتقاعدين بمحاورها والرضا عن الحياة بأبعاده، الكشف عن الفروق بين المتقاعدين في كل من مهارات إدارة المشروعات والرضا عن الحياة وفقا لـ (مكان السكن-الجنس-سبب التقاعد) الكشف عن طبيعة الاختلافات بين أفراد عينة البحث في مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة والرضا عن الحياة تبعا لـ (مستوى التعليم-المهنة) الكشف عن الفروق بين أفراد عينة البحث في مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة والرضا عن الحياة تبعا لفئات الدخل الشهري. وتكونت عينة البحث الحالي من 200 متقاعد ومتقاعدة سعودي الجنسية (96 ذكور و 104 إناث) وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة عمدية من مدينة تبوك (المنطقة الشمالية بالمملكة العربية السعودية (70 من الريف- 130 من الحضر) وكانت من أهم نتائج البحث: لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين فئات الدخل الشهري للمتقاعدين وكلا من الاستقرار النفسي وتقدير الذات إجمالي الرضا عن الحياة، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين المتقاعدين في الريف والحضر في الرضا عن الحياة لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المتقاعدين عينة البحث في مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة للمتقاعدين والرضا عن الحياة وفقا لسبب التقاعد، لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين المتقاعدين عينة الدراسة في إجمالي مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة للمتقاعدين تبعا لفئات الدخل الشهري، لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين المتقاعدين عينة الدراسة في إجمالي الرضا عن الحياة تبعا للمستوى التعليمي، يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين المتقاعدين عينة الدراسة في إجمالي مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة للمتقاعدين تبعا للمهنة لصالح الحرفيون.

|b The research aims at studying the relationship between the skills of managing the small scale enterprises for the retired in its pivots and being satisfied with the life in its dimensions. In addition to declaring the differences amongst the retired in the skills of small scale enterprises management and being satisfied with life according to (residence place- gender- cause of retirement) and disclosing the nature of differences amongst the individuals used as samples in the study on the skills of managing the small scale enterprises, and being satisfied with life according to the (education level- job). Also to disclose the nature of differences amongst the sample individuals in the skills of managing the small scale enterprises and being satisfied with life according to the categories of the monthly income. The samples consisted of retired Saudi persons (96 males and 104 females). The samples had been selected from Tabuk city (northern area in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) (70 from rural areas - 130 from urban areas). The most important results of the research: • There is no correlative relation between the categories of the monthly income of the retired and their physiological stability, self esteem in general and being satisfied with life. • There are no statistic differences amongst the retired in the rural and urban areas concerning being satisfied with life. • There are no statistic differences amongst the average degrees of retired (research sample) in the skills of managing the small scale enterprises or the retired and their satisfaction with life according to the reasons of retirement. • There is no statistic diversity amongst the retired (study sample) in the told skills of the management of the small scale enterprises for the retired according to the categories of the monthly income. • There is no statistic diversity amongst the retired (study sample) in the general satisfaction with life according to the educational level. • There is no statistic diversity amongst the retired (study sample) in the total skills of the management of the small-scale enterprises for the retired according the job for the craftsmen.
