لقد أثرت جميع المتغيرات المتلاحقة والتي شملت كافة الاتجاهات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجية تأثيرا كبيرا على صناعة الملابس الجاهزة، واستخدام الأساليب التكنولوجية المتطورة في كافة عمليات تصنيع المنتج الملبسي، وتطبيق تكنولوجيا وأنظمة الحسابات المتخصصة في صناعة الملابس، وتعد عملية التعشيق من العمليات الهامة في صناعة الملابس الجاهزة والتي تتحكم في معدل الاستخدام من المواد الخام في تلك الصناعة والتي تشكل أحد العناصر الأساسية في مدخلات العملية الإنتاجية، وكفاءة عملية التعشيق وعمل الماركر هي التي تحدد الاستغلال الأمثل لهذه الأقمشة وتقليل نسبة الهالك وبالتالي خفض التكاليف وتحقيق أعلى إنتاجية، وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الاستفادة من الحاسب الآلي في عمل برنامج مقترح لحساب معدل الاستخدام لبعض القطع الملبسية المختلفة مما يساهم في تطوير عملية التعشيق والوصول إلى نتائج أكثر دقة للحصول علي أقل نسبة هالك ممكنة وبالتالي خفض التكلفة وتوفير عنصري الوقت والجهد وذلك من خلال إدخال بعض القياسات للقطع الملبسية المراد حساب معدل الاستخدام لها وذلك بغرض الوصول إلى معدل الاستخدام للقطعة دون اللجوء إلى عمل ماركر وإمكانية تطبيق ذلك البرنامج (محل الدراسة) في مجال صناعة الملابس الجاهزة ومصلحة الرقابة الصناعية. وقد جاءت نتائج البحث محققة لأهدافه.
The successive variables, which included all the economic, and social technological trends affacts significantly on the garment industry, the use of advanced technological methods in all processes of manufacturing the garment product, and the application of technology and systems of accounts specialized in the garment industry, interlock process considered an important process in the garment industry and which control the amount of use of raw materials used in this industry, which constitute a key element in the production process inputs, The efficiency of the interlock process and the work of marker determined the extent of the optimal exploitation of these fabrics and reduction of spoilage and waste precent and thus reduce costs and achieve higher productivity, the current study aims to take advantage of the computer in marking a proposed program to calculate the use rate of some different garment piece, which contributes to the development of interlock process and access to more accurate result to get the precent of spoilage and thereby reduce the cost and provide two factors of time and effort through the introduction of some measurements of the garment pieces which we want to calculate consumption rate for it, the purpose is to access to consumption rate of the piece without resorting to make marker and the possibility of the application of this program (under study) in the field of garment industry and Industrial Control Authority, the result of the research achievable for its aims.
