|a هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على نظرية (TRIZ) لحل مشكلات الإنتاجية إبداعيا في ضوء مجتمع المعرفة بمصانع الملابس الجاهزة وقياس أثره على نمو الخبرة المعرفية لمديري الإنتاج ونمو القدرة على حل المشكلات التي تواجه مدير الإنتاج إبداعيا ورفع الكفاءة الإنتاجية، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار تحصيلي معرفي ومقياس القدرة على حل مشكلات الإنتاجية ومقياس الكفاءة الإنتاجية، وتم تطبيقها على عينة من مديري الإنتاج بمصانع الملابس الجاهزة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن البرنامج التدريبي المقترح كان له أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في نمو الخبرة المعرفية والمهارات الذهنية الخاصة بحل المشكلات الإبداعية لتريز ونمو القدرة على حل مشكلات الإنتاجية إبداعيا بمبادئ تريز، بخفض الزمن المستغرق في العمليات الإنتاجية موضع الدراسة بما يعمل على زيادة معدل الإنتاجية بمصانع الملابس الجاهزة.
