تتميز الجزائر بموقعها الجيوسياسي، فعلى الصعيد الإقليمي، تقع الجزائر في منطقة المغرب العربي، حيث تعتبر امتدادًا طبيعيًا للعالم العربي، وجسرا للعالم الإسلامي. كما أن الجزائر عضو بارز في العديد من المنظمات الإقليمية مثل الجامعة العربية والمؤتمر الإسلامي والاتحاد المغاربي. وعلى المستوى القاري، تعتبر الجزائر بوابة أفريقيا للعالم بفضل موانئها وساحلها، الذي يمتد لمسافة تزيد على 1200 كيلومتر. وقد لعبت الجزائر دورا هاما في حل المشاكل الأفريقية -الآسيوية مثل الأزمة في مالي وغيرها. وبما أن ليبيا تمر بحالة من الانقسام السياسي والعسكري، مما يتطلب من الجزائر أن تلعب دورًا سياسيًا في التدخل في تسوية الأزمة بسبب موقعها الجغرافي السياسي والآثار الحالية والمحتملة للأزمة على أمنها القومي، والتدخل الإقليمي في الأزمة جعلها تتجاوز بعدها المحلي، وتحولت إلى أزمة إقليمية تضم قوى إقليمية مؤثرة في المنطقة. لذلك، فإن مشكلة الدراسة تتلخص في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: - في ضوء تحول الأزمة الليبية من أزمة محلية إلى أزمة إقليمية، ما هو دور الدبلوماسية الجزائرية باعتبارها إحدى القوى الإقليمية المؤثرة في المنطقة العربية في التدخل لتسوية الأزمة الليبية؟ وتفرع من خلال هذا السؤال الرئيسي بعض الأسئلة الفرعية كما يلي: - ما هي الدوافع الدبلوماسية الجزائرية للتدخل في الأزمة الليبية؟ ما هي مراحل تعاطي الدبلوماسية الجزائرية تجاه تطور الأزمة الليبية؟
