|b Despite the importance of international humanitarian law and its place among the branches of public international law and it gave his appearance but there are of no familiar with it is not known what contents of the principles and rules of charge and serve his interests and provide him with protection in the event of an armed conflict. The legal basis for the commitment to the deployment of international humanitarian law has been stipulated in the majority of international humanitarian law conventions, which make up the legal Hague and Geneva, as well as in many of the work of the United Nations. It is thus a legal obligation to abide by the States parties Conventions of international humanitarian law, and the peremptory norms contained in these Conventions are binding on all countries being concerned with the humanitarian principles pertaining to the international community. Among the most important of these rules is the protection determined by the rules of international humanitarian law, must each individual covered by this protection to be fully aware of the rules that ensure the protection and guarantee their rights, hence the importance of spreading knowledge of international humanitarian law.
