المستخلص: There is no doubt that the medical and scientific experiments on human was the source of a particular interest in a lot of countries now because of the legal problems raised by the use of its applications to human, which revolve primarily, in essence .about the physical and mental integrity of the human protection from attacks and potential misuse of these experiences and the risks, and to find out how the possibility consider the use of medical nanotechnology applications as a kind of medical experiments is imperatively demanded by social necessity .and the legality of medical interventions for the prevention of diseases .and the balance between the benefits and detriments, and in particular to find alternative ways to evaluate repeat offenders on the one hand, but undeniably a preferred these experiments on the other hand .where he was able scientists the treatment of syphilis .tuberculosis and other killer diseases, and so many are in limbo and what is left of them does not constitute a danger to the future of humans.
