|b This study aims to examine the situation of ES/STS' training graduated students working in sports management positions, as well as the relation of some variables such as the ambiguity of laws and the lack of both of control and financial motivations. Questionnaires consisting of 21 questions devided into three principal axes were distributed on a sample of 54 training sports counselors. Results showed that the employment of training sports counsilors in sports management positions, especially in the current situation of the control absence, is certainly due to the ambiguity of laws.

|a هدفت هذ الدراسة إلى الوقوف على منتوج التكوين ألا وهو مستشاري الرياضة خريجي المدرسة العليا في علوم الرياضة وتكنولوجيا دالي إبراهيم الجزائر، تدريب رياضي نحو العمل في الإدارة الرياضية وعلاقة بعض المتغيرات كالقانون المبهم، غياب الرقابة ووجود الحافز المادي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 54 مستشار في الرياضة تخصص تدريب رياضي، وزعت عليهم استمارة تكونت من 21 سؤالا موزعة على ثلاث محاور. وأظهرت النتائج أن توظيف مستشاري الرياضة تخصص تدريب رياضي في المناصب هو نتيجة مؤكدة للقانون المبهم في ظل غياب الرقابة.
