تعد التجارب الرقمية من أبرز ملامح العصر الرقمي الذي نعيشه في عصرنا الجديد، ويمثل "بنك المعرفة المصري" و"سفارات المعرفة" أحد أهم أشكال تلك التجارب على المستوى المحلي، لما أثبتاه من تأثير واضح على مهنة المكتبات عموما، وعلى المكتبات الجامعية على وجه الخصوص، من أجل هذا سعت الدراسة في جانبها النظري إلى عرض خلفية نظرية عن تلك التجارب الرقمية، مع التركيز على هذين الشكلين، وعلى الجانب التطبيقي تم اختيار مكتبة كلية الآداب كإحدى المكتبات الجامعية، لقياس واقع استخدامها، ومدى تأثير "بنك المعرفة المصري" و"سفارة المعرفة" على هذا الاستخدام إيجابا أو سلبا، وفي إطار ذلك اعتمد الباحثان في دراستهما على منهج دراسة الحالة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التجارب الرقمية أصبحت إحدى العلامات المميزة للعصر الرقمي، وكان لها الأثر الواضح على المكتبات الجامعية بوجه خاص، وأن "بنك المعرفة المصري" و"سفارة المعرفة" استطاعا في فترة وجيزة اجتذاب فئات عريضة من الباحثين، فضلا عن تأثيرهما الواضح على مكتبة كلية الآداب – جامعة طنطا، وفي نهاية الدراسة قدم الباحثان عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات من أبرزها: الحاجة إلى ظهور طرق ووسائل جديدة للتواصل والحوار بين المستفيد واختصاصي المكتبات، وضرورة دراسة ما يحتويه بنك المعرفة المصري من مصادر معلومات وإعداد خطة لكيفية الاستفادة منه كمصدر مهم من مصادر المعلومات التي يمكن استخدامها لتنمية مقتنيات المكتبة.
Praise be to Allah and enough is enough, then prayer and peace be upon Mustafa, and after: This age is characterized by simultaneous revolutions in the fields of communications, computers and information technology, and some are going to revolutionize the fourth using nanotechnology. These revolutions have led to the emergence of new digital experiences, which have greatly affected the services of libraries and information centers. The most prominent of these experiences are the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the Knowledge Embassies, which in a short period have had some impact on library and information facilities, notably: university libraries, which are closely related to scientific research, and have foremost responsibility for this activity in the advanced countries. As we have in practice with the Egyptian University libraries and aware of there need to follow development in the cyber space, we have found it is necessary to study their practice towards these development. We felt also the need to study this issue in scientific way appropriate to the importance of challenges that imposes themselves on information institutions and values. Hypothesis:" "There are indications that the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the Knowledge Embassy have both positive and negative effects on using University libraries. which require verification and evaluating the degree of such challenges. Methodology: Regarding the newness of the topic we preferred the case study method which focus on a single or small number of cases intending to generalize, its results later. Application: We have choosed the library of Faculty of Arts – Tanta University as our case study. The important tool of the study, in addition to the personal practice and experience of the daily work, there is a questionnaire prepared for the community of beneficiaries. Proposed contains: 1- theoretical background and review of previous study. 2- the current situation of the library under study between the traditional services and the services of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the Knowledge Embassy. 3- conduct the questionnaire analyzing its data 4- conclusions include the important findings and recommendations.
