هدف البحث إلى اقتراح برنامج تدريبي لتنمية المهارات للأخصائيين النفسيين والاجتماعيين للتعامل مع مشكلات الطفل التوحدي، وتكونت العينة من (56) أخصائيا نفسيا واجتماعيا، وتم تطبيق أداة من إعداد الباحث لقياس احتياجاتهم من المهارات المعرفية والإدراكية والإدارية والصعوبات التي تواجههم في التعامل مع مشكلات الطفل التوحدي، وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج تشير إلى أن هناك موافقة بين أفراد عينة البحث على احتياجاتهم من المهارات المعرفية للتعامل مع مشكلات الطفل التوحدي؛ كمهارة معرفة التعامل السليم مع الطفل التوحدي، ومهارة التشبيك مع المؤسسات العلمية في الخارج لتبادل الخبرات حول أساليب التعامل مع الأطفال التوحديين، ومهارة إقامة ورش عمل مع متخصصين لمعرفة أساليب تأهيل الأطفال التوحديين، كما أن هناك موافقة بين أفراد العينة على احتياجاتهم من المهارات الإدراكية للتعامل مع مشكلات الطفل التوحدي؛ كمهارة الحاجة لإدراك الأساليب العلاجية للتعامل مع مشكلات الأطفال التوحديين، وإلى إدراك مهارة تنظيم ورش عمل لتعلم طريقة اكتشاف مشكلات الطفل التوحدي، وإلى إدراك أهمية عقد دورات تدريبية تعليمية للتعامل مع مشكلات الطفل التوحدي، وموافقة كذلك بين عينة البحث على احتياجاتهم من المهارات الإدارية للتعامل مع مشكلات الطفل التوحدي؛ كالحاجة إلى تعاون الأسر مع الأخصائيين في كيفية التعامل مع الطفل التوحدي، والحاجة كذلك إلى زيارات لمؤسسات اجتماعية وتعليمية لتبادل الخبرات في مجال رعاية الأطفال التوحديين، والحاجة إلى التعاون من الأسرة لاستكمال بيانات ملف الطفل، كما أظهرت النتائج إلى أن هناك موافقة بين عينة البحث على الصعوبات التي تواجه الأخصائيين للتعامل مع مشكلات الطفل التوحدي؛ كاستعجال بعض الأسر لنتائج سريعة في تعليم أبنائهم، وعدم معرفة الأسرة في التعامل مع مشكلات الطفل التوحدي، وعدم وعي المجتمع بسمات الطفل التوحدي وكيفية التعامل معها، وعدم وجود مؤسسات متخصصة مناسبة تستوعب أعداد الأطفال التوحديين.
The aim of the research was to propose a training program for the development of skills for psychologists and social workers to deal with the problems of autistic children. The sample consisted of (56) psychological and social psychologists. A tool was prepared by the researcher to measure their cognitive, cognitive and administrative skills and the difficulties they face in dealing with the problems of autistic children. The research found that there is agreement among the members of the research sample on their needs of cognitive skills to deal with the problems of autistic child; the skill of knowing the proper dealing with the autistic child, and the skill of networking with scientific institutions abroad to share experiences about methods of dealing with autistic children, The establishment of workshops with specialists to know the methods of rehabilitation of autistic children, the agreement among the members of the research sample on their needs of cognitive skills to deal with the problems of autistic child. As well as the need to understand the importance of holding educational courses to deal with the problems of autistic children, Also the agreement among the research sample on their management skills to deal with the autistic child’s problems; As there is a need for the cooperation of the family and the specialists in how to deal with autistic children, also the need for visiting social and educational institutions to share the experiences of taking care of autistic children, and the need for family cooperation to complete child file data. The results shown that there is agreement between the research sample on the difficulties that faced specialists to deal with the problems of autistic children, such as the urgency of some families for a quick results on their children’s education , the lack of knowledge of the family In dealing with the autistic child problems, as well as the lack of awareness in the community about the characteristics of the children autistic and how to deal with them also there is the lack of appropriate specialized institutions to accommodate the numbers of autistic children.
