The study aims to provide the Knowledge of the reality of the health service in Egypt and how to provide this service, in addition to addressing the challenges faced by the social health insurance in Egypt and taking experience all of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States in the field of health insurance and how to benefit from the experiences of these countries in the field of health insurance in the face of challenges facing health insurance in Egypt. To achieve this goal, research depended on a review of previous studies and analysis of secondary data and a list of survey users of the service-oriented health determine the extent of these beneficiary's satisfaction with the quality of health service provided to them. The study community is composed of the beneficiaries of the social health insurance service. The study was conducted on several hospitals affiliated to the health insurance. As a survey of the most used methods of data collection, a research questionnaire was designed for patients benefiting from the social health insurance service, in order to identify their assessment of quality The terms of the form were formulated according to the actual performance method servQual, a tool widely used to measure the levels of public assessment of the services provided to them in terms of quality. This tool has been used by a large number of customers In service institutions in general, such as hospitals, ministries and other sectors of public benefit.
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الخدمة الصحية في مصر وكيفية تقديم هذه الخدمة، بالإضافة إلى تناول التحديات التي تواجه التأمين الصحي الاجتماعي في مصر، وكيفية الاستفادة من تجارب الدول في مجال التأمين الصحي في مواجهة التحديات التي تواجه التأمين الصحي في مصر، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على مراجعة الدراسات السابقة وتحليل البيانات الثانوية وقائمة الاستقصاء الموجهة للمنتفعين بالخدمة الصحية لتحديد مدى رضاء هؤلاء المنتفعين عن جودة الخدمة الصحية المقدمة لهم. ويتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في الأفراد المنتفعين بخدمة التأمين الصحي الاجتماعي وقد تمت الدراسة على العديد من المستشفيات التابعة للتأمين الصحي، باعتبار قائمة الاستقصاء من أكثر الأساليب استعمالا في جمع البيانات، تم تصميم استمارة بحث موجهة إلى المرضى المنتفعين بخدمة التأمين الصحي الاجتماعي، بقصد التعرف على تقييمهم لجودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة لهم، وتم صياغة عبارات الاستمارة وفقا لأسلوب الأداء الفعلي للخدمة servQual وهي أداة تستخدم على نطاق واسع لقياس مستويات تقييم الجمهور للخدمات المقدمة لهم من حيث الجودة، وقد استخدم هذه الأداة عدد كبير من الباحثين في المؤسسات الخدمية عموما مثل المستشفيات والوزارات وغيرها من القطاعات ذات النفع العام.
