The research represents a different reading to the wonder concept of narration, as it leans first on the appearance of the text in the recipient’s consciousness, and the amount of surprise and strangeness it contains, regardless of the vast theoretical and critical differences that are being raised about the wonder term. The text of “The Secret Immigration to Things” by the narrator “Siham Alabboudi,” represents a striking on the chord of the oddity blending between reality and fiction within the scope of psychological storytelling, where the real world contains compulsion that creates oppression and silent rejection, and the world of fantasy offers a reversal to those feelings on solids and surrounding objects, so that emotions clothe the objects, and their rhythm mixes with their configurations in a way that seems hard to believe and unreasonable, and this debate between the cruelty of reality and the wonders of imagination, paves the grounds for the migration of the “narrator - hero” to the world of things. The research provides a critical assessment of the story through the general introduction, then the applied study of the text’s: thresholds, events, psychological dimension, personalities, spatial and temporal space, and language.
يمثل البحث قراءة مختلفة لمفهوم العجائبي في السرد، حيث يتكئ أولا علي تمظهر النص في وجدان المتلقي، وكم الدهشة والغرابة اللتين يحتويهما بغض النظر عما يستثار حول مصطلح العجائبي من اختلافات تنظيرية ونقدية عارمة. ونص " الهجرة السرية إلي الأشياء" للقاصة " سهام العبودي" يمثل ضربا علي وتر المزج الغرائبي بين الواقع والخيال ضمن نطاق القص النفسي، فعالم الواقع يتضمن جبرية تولد قهراً ورفضاً صامتاً، وعالم الخيال يقدم عكسا لتلك المشاعر الجوامد والأشياء المحيطة، بحيث تتلبس المشاعر الأشياء، ويمتزج رتمها بتكويناتها بشكل يبدو عصيا علي التصديق وغير معقول، وعن هذه الجدلية الماثلة بين قسوة الواقع وعجائبية الخيال تبزر مسوغات هجرة " السارد-البطل" إلي عالم الأشياء. ويقدم البحث تقييما نقديا للقصة من خلال التمهيد العام، ثم الدراسة التطبيقية للنص: عتبات، وأحداثا، بعدا نفسيا، وشخصيات، وفضاء مكانيا وزمانيا، ولغة.
