المستخلص: Research summary: law must be connected to the reality pulse, to respond to it in the form of amendments happening to the law, and the one who traces the practical reality in the courts notes that the provisional detention is among the subjects occupying a great position and raising many problems, so, provisional detention was selected to be the subject of the current research paper, so we presented a brief indication of the conditions and justifications of the provisional detention and its period, to move on to three main practical problems originated by the practical reality in the field of provisional detention.
